I LOVE this video! So far it's my absolute favorite aerobics workout. I'm 39 and been severely overweight and out of shape almost my entire life. When I began working out 3 months ago,I found this video and quickly began incorporating it into my daily exercises. When I started, I could only last 10 min in, with numerous rests added to the 10 second rests between exercises. Now, even as spring is upon us, and temperatures are rising, I'm able to do the whole video without having to pause it once!! I'm SO much stronger, my endurance is greatly improved and my balance has NEVER been this good! I absolutely recommend this video to anyone whose looking to get stronger and healthier. ❤️ Just remember to go at your own pace and don't overdo it! ❤️

I am 56 years old and I was the European champion in caiak canoe in 1982... I have a sporty lifestyle but with little difficulty because I have an accident on the cervical spine I was operated on 4 times with not very good results. Now I'm trying to keep my siluet and physical condition by doing gymnastics at home. Thank you for the support and help you give us with videos uploaded on you tube. @leyla635, evtl könntest du erstmal einen leaky gut test machen. Durchlässiger Darm. Gibt es bei "for you" zu bestellen. Die meisten haben einen hohen Zonulin Wert und lässt sich , laut meinen Erfahrungen, mit Darmbakterien in den Griff bekommen. Habe nach gut 6 Wochen Bauchumfang verloren. Durch Dominik Barkow , ganzheitlicher Gesundheitscoach mit seinem Team, bin ich zu einigen Erkenntnissen gekommen um seine Defizite zu verbessern...
I am 78 and have been doing workouts for a year and this one is really great. It also helps with balance. I am definitely going to see you every day. My thyroid got out of wack and I have belly fat for the first time in my life. I took my measurements today and will get back to you in a week. Thank you so much

Оленька я хочу тебе сказать .Если у тебя астма занимайся дыхательной гимнастикой по Бутейко .Найди в Ютубе Дыхательная гимнастика по Бутейко.Найди свой вариант .И занимайся, не думай, что сразу все исчезнет ,но сама астма не уйдет .Веть ты такая молодая и жить с этим очень трудно.

I love this workout, i just begun "body now", I do it each morning. I am a little under 75, and I feel like 35. I have done many types of work outs for over 40 years, , but body now, and two other workouts are my favorite work outs that makes my body feel alive and energized and the exercises are not strenuous, but very effective. .
I just discovered this channel and this was my first workout. I loved seeing which muscles are being worked during every move, and the breaks in between each move were much appreciated! I have subscribed and am adding these to my rotation!

I did this 3 times a week and my daughter who had not seen me during thos 3 weeks told be i had lost stomach fat. I fell back 😢and i wish to start all over again. I look all over but a i always come back to this one. Thank you.

Just love your workouts. I am 68 and very fit as I jog and do tai chi every day. However, I did not have a good set of morning exercises before breakfast. ThIs 'FLABBY STOMACH Standing Workout' is great along with your 'Morning Warm Up' which I do first. Thank you for the videos. They are sooo motivating.

I love this workout, i just begun "body now", I do it each morning. I am a little under 75, and I feel like 35. I have done many types of work outs for over 40 years, , but body now, and two other workouts are my favorite work outs that makes my body feel alive and energized and the exercises are not strenuous, but very effective. .

Just love your workouts. I am 68 and very fit as I jog and do tai chi every day. However, I did not have a good set of morning exercises before breakfast. ThIs 'FLABBY STOMACH Standing Workout' is great along with your 'Morning Warm Up' which I do first. Thank you for the videos. They are sooo motivating.
