Hi Matt, Yes, carb sounting informational talk would be wonderful.. Thank you
Oh my goodness Iv been diabetic since 6yrs old and am 42 now, Iv been at gym since around 15yrs old, am a nurse so consider I have some common sense 🤔🫣😂 and never ever thought of water that way! As Iv hit perimenopause Iv piled on weight and got lazy around the basics like drinking as much water but def back on it now after listening to you!xx
yes, please do a show on labels. it will be very helpful.
Carb counting would be good
Please do a video on how to accurately carb count with nutritional labels! Found this video super helpful - so thank you!!
Hydration - drink through a straw & add flavoring, accurate carb counting, pre bolus, exercise, be curious and analytical.
Such great tips. The water one was much more effective than I realized. That was my favorite tip of the 6. Thank you, Matt. You are the best.
Super helpful summary. Thanks for doing this. A bit new to this journey.
Thank you... very helpful. I forwarded the water part to my son. I am curious why you do not wear an Omnipod... with all the exercise that you do. ? My son is a college basketball player. Maybe there is a better way of managing during extreme exercise, that we are not aware of? thank you
Glad it was helpful! And great question- omnipod isn't covered by my insurance so I was pushed to either Tandem or Medtronic. I chose Tandem and have actually enjoyed it, but it does leave me curious about going tubeless!
I do have a question regarding sugar free items. Is it safe to have them ??
Safe, sure - safe enough in moderation. I personally stay away from them because they aren't the healthiest though.
too much excersise is also bad
