Used this brand of chorizo my whole life. Pork is the best over the beef. I use it with eggs,so good. I'm a have to try this.

My son and his family are coming over for a cookout today. I have longed loved Chorizo, but I have not tried it out on the family. @@moonshinershonor202 Yeah I was a picky eater as a kid and I was raised by my grandparents on a farm. If at 10-15 years I knew what was really good when I was 50+!
Try it with greens or cabbage same way you cooked it down and added onion and add green bell pepper garlic add to greens or cabbage

Idk how that jelly on it sounds but I can't knock it til I try it. A secret level up for traditional southern sausage gravy biscuits is a light drizzle of ribbon cane syrup over the top. Gives you a delicious, filling salty-sweet breakfast

Love me some Chorizo. Gotta let the folks know that is the Mexican style. The Spanish style is more like a regular sausage, a firm link. Also tasty but you can use it differently.
That said, I have some of your same Chorizo in my fridge right now, waiting to make some venison and black bean chili with it... Oh my brother I wish you could taste the results. OOOOOOOOO WEEE! THAT'S FIRE!

You need to try that same chorizo add diced onions add diced Serrano peppers and fry it and then add some eggs to it scramble them and have your self a great breakfast. Don’t forget the tortillas of course

There different kinds of chorizo. I've used that kind to make spaghetti sauce and I can try to forget what it's made of. It's cheap, too. But there are more expensive kinds of Mexican chorizo that are closer to the Spanish kind. Those kinds are also relatively cheap, but they are more solid. I make something like this but I use Jimmy Dean.

I been having chorizo since I was a kid, and i never once thought about turning chorizo into a gravy it's been mixed with eggs and potatoes but hmm I'm going to have to try this one out

1:25 No diddy. LOL But fr, Chorizo is a secret super power in Mexican dishes. Chori pollo, street tacos with chicken/chorizo, a fajita bowl with meat of choice plus chorizo, damn chorizo and scrambled eggs is absolute bomb. Cook up some chorizo in the pan first, leave the grease, then cook your other meats in that grease for a crazy flavor level up.

I'm in favor of using chorizo, but that store bought brand that AB is using here isn't the genuine article. There are many Hispanic stores where I live that make their own, and the texture is nothing like that. I personally would be scared to use that brand. That's just my opinion. Other than that, this sounds like a great idea.

I hate when I get served B & G and the cook is stingy with the gravy! "You know what I mean?" I want the biscuits smothered! Drowned in delicious gravy! You can cover my eggs with gravy too because I'm going to anyways... Oh just give me a big bowl of gravy with the ornaments on the side!
Why you call scones Biscuits? Ima just want to know. They are fluffy bun bread. Biscuits are what you eat for a snack with milk or you can make them as chocolate biscuits, Anzac Biscuits, Shortbread biscuits with creme. Why you call bread buns buscuits?
