Don't take this lightly! I'm from Houston, TX and can tell you a little something about storms. It doesn't have to be a Hurricane to cause a lot of damage. TROPICAL STORM ALLISON in 2001 brought tons of rain a flooded many parts of the city. Be careful everyone, Prayers!

Check out the gulf storm on tropical tidbits. Its already getting going. It has outflow and banding features starting to appear. Also, theres significant rotation starting.

Maybe we just don't notice the men as much because they're still wearing what they've always worn -- suits and ties -- whereas the women have gone from wearing pant- and skirt-suits to dressing for an outdoor summer cocktail party. Personally, prude that I am, I don't need the displaying of ANYBODY'S armpits in a professional situation ... outside of athletic competitions of course.
