I took many life extension products and they're great. I started taking Omega 3 and it was immediately better in one day, can't wait until it's 100% I took 2,000mg a day.
Dry eyes (Meibomian Gland Dysfunction) usually happens due to autoimmune diseases and/or eye strain for long time (computer use, reading or any tasks that stress the visual system including the extraocular muscles), the low grade inflammation contributed to the dry cornea, developed because the corneal nerves plexus are damage or disturbed due the reasons mentioned previously including Trauma or toxic to the eye. If the cornea didn't receive it's nutrition from the tears components then dry eye will develop and the corneal nerves get thinner and induce the typical symptoms (Pain, Blurry Vision, Sting, Itchy and Photophobia). The only solution for dry eye is to use Biological eye drops, in most cases once the corneal nerves improve the condition will get better, also these types of dry eyes protect (or regenerate) the meibomian glands but not in all cases, protection is the key.
Thank you doctor. My girlfriend has been suffering from dry eyes ever since she got laser eye surgery. She takes drops and stuff but her eyes still remain dry. She’s consistently closing her eyes and rolling them for relief. I hope this works thank you very much for sharing your knowledge!!!
I have been experiencing dry eyes for the last year and recently I have not been able to use contact lenses, my opticians have not helped and just said I need drops which mad it worse. After speaking to a nutritionist I have started to take omega 3 and 7 I really hope it helps.
hi there! quick question...what is your thoughts on Lovaza RX for dry eyes? I always take fish oil but I was recently referred to try this kind...I thought it was odd that none of the other 4 plus eye Dr.s in the past 18 years have ever mentioned it....?
Hello sir... I recently watched your video after suffering from eye problem... But I want you to tell me the reason for that's why do my eyes get blurry when I drive my bike... I've this problem from my childhood. But I can't recognize this problem untill my 12th standard.. So pls 🙏 I hope you will help me in a better way for get relief from my blurry eveys when I drive my bike🚲.. Pls help me 😭
I like to see my patients take 2000 mg a day of Omega 3 FOP of which 1000 mg is of EPA and DHA combined. With that said, I would try to stick to similar numbers if you can find it in plant based product The EPA and DHA in Fish oil is actually derived from Algae. So finding it in a plant based product should be possible. Hope all of this helped!
@@JoelHayden I had no idea!! I will definitely keep an eye out for a plant based version in similar quantities. Thank you so much for your reply. This is so helpful. 😁
My doctor told me ihave dryeyes but I'm not about my diagnosis my vision is cloudy and hazy like as if the room is filled with smoke I'm going nuts iwill try fish oil
Using omega 3 supplements re-esterified make a difference?? Supposedly better absorbed if added alcohol added to remove toxins is removed with this process What are your thoughts

Thank you so much for this video. I've just developed dry eyes and it's been so debilitating. 😩 Are plant-based sources of omega-3 just as effective?

Please do. But that sounds like more than dry eyes. If the fish oil doesn’t improve I would revisit your doctor.
