QUESTION: Would you be willing to give up all gluten, dairy and sugar to calm inflammation + lighten up your cycle? Maybe you have already? LMK + thanks for being here :D
@@DahabaLA whew, these are the big three. If you are interested - I’m guiding 14-days ‘No Added Sugar’ starting on Monday. I’m running it through IG Channel + the written info lives on Substack. No pressure here, but since you mentioned the sugar 😜 myfinediet.com
So interested you mentioned that you do this for your own growth and not for likes. Literally just before I opened your video I said to my husband that I love you cos you so down to earth and has a small community. He confirmed that those who has less followers usually more relatable because they do things for them selfs and not for the views. ❤️ sending loves from here
THANK YOU! That's literally it. I try to create videos that are truly helpful, relatable, inspiring. It may not be the most entertaining thing ever but that's what I love to do right now. Appreciate you!!!
I have also noticed a drastic change in my cycle in the last year. I moved to the UK, and I think part of it is that the produce and groceries here are better. I have also changed my lifestyle around my cycle. Also, just want to thank you for the OPEN rec and referral...i LOVE the app!😍
So lucky! For me is other way around :( moved from the uk to the states and I developed some pretty’s mad migraines around my period. Now I’m on the path to fix it ❤
Glad your cycle has improved!! I had to leave work early yesterday because my cramps were so bad! Glad that I came across this video! I’m going to try eating better because I have been eating really bad lately! Great video :)
Whewww, I promise I understand. I don’t use the word miracle lightly but this has me stunned. Of course I change my diet a while back for other reasons - I just never considered a more manageable cycle was ever on the table for me. For 20 years I thought this! You got this 👏🏽
Hi Jordan, loved the video! I could give up gluten, dairy, and sugar to calm inflammation - I love fasting currently and it's been life-changing for my cycle whenever I do it for over 36 hours! You could always make this into a cycle syncing series - would be interesting to see the different food you make depending on where you're cycle is 😊 Have a great weekend!
@@hannafromatlanta thank you Hanna! I’m def interested in what cycle synching looks like for me. I’m working on tracking my macros and that takes quite an effort but right after I have that down - I plan to do more intentional cycle syncing for sure! May I ask your fasting routine? Is it for the 36-hours leading up to day 1?
@@iamjordanrhea Love that and of course! Normally I would do a ADF or 36 hour fast and eat for 12 hours, but this week I started doing 2 day fast, then 12 hour eating window. I have been loving the 2 day fast and loving it! I plan on reading "Fast like a Girl" by Dr Mindy Pelz to get better understanding of how to balance it with cycle syncing 😊
I’ve never personally followed a vegan diet so I wouldn’t be able to advise. I do believe through my self-education and personal experience that gluten, dairy and sugar moderated in the right way can result in major physical/hormonal changes.

yes! I would 100%. I'm already gluten and dairy intolerant so sugar is the next step x
I wish I could ...I want to, but I find it very very hard...I was a raw vegan for 18 months, that took all my willpower to diet now

@@IntermittentKamilia totally understand! Is there a diet that you follow now? Still raw vegan?
@@iamjordanrhea no, not at all, just trying to eliminate grains and sugar
