never lose that part of the relationship where you accurately communicate exactly what your feelings are, while still being as tactful as possible. sometimes that part of it stops without either person realizing it. even having the ability to do that puts your relationship at a high % of succeeding.

Really appreciate that you two decided to be real about how things went down with the reveal, rather than filming a fake reaction after the fact, that most youtubers would have done I feel.
Think it shows just how things in relationships aren’t always fairytale perfect, but if you handle those moments with respect and understanding what you end up with is a far closer bond. Even stronger than a screwed and glued box.

Dude... This was an awesome video from beginning to end.
The amount of work and information shared is fantastic.
The fact that you did this for a whole month to give as a surprise gift to your gf on her bday was amazing!
The willingness to share you guys' thoughts on the communication was very thoughtful, considerate, and a great example not only on relationship between bf and gf, but for everyone across the board.
Once again, this was an awesomely amazing video from beginning to end. Now to build me a subwoofer box, but for myself!

Even though this is a great demo, I love the fact that even when you guys had a disagreeable first response, you both openly and honestly opened up about what upset the other. Them after the moment that was ruined, you actually made a better moment because I can genuinely tell she enjoyed the work you put into making her day. I think this response was far better than what we would've all expected. Excellent job on you putting the effort into her smile. * Oh yeah, the build was excellent also.

Awesomeness, and what an introduction for me to get back into a bass head (at 45 years old, I can't stop being a kid with stuff like this 😊). I'm an old school basehead from the 80's and 90's when Mark Fakuda was killing em with 4 Rockford Fosgate Power 1000"s and 16 -15" subs in a Yellow Chevy S-10 Blazer. He had the record at around 160dbs. Then it was Alma Gates in the mid 90's (she was old enough to be our grandmother and loved BASS) was running 32 PPI PowerClass 1000's with 64 - 10" flat cone Subs. So many insane builds now a day too!
I notice it can be cheap to build a decent systems now a day, and Im ON IT. My "victim" is a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant that Im planning to redo the whole audio system with 4000-5000 watts and 4 - 12's. Im running the 0 gauge wire to the trunk today, to get it all started 😊. This video helped me get in the mood and I like your style bro. I also thinking you guya are stone throw away too. I live in Va Beach and saw you guys stay in N.C. It would awesome to meet you guys one day when I get my system finalized.
Thanks again for the motivation to build a car again and I got alot of catching up to do with your videos. Be well my bass head buddies!

That whole exchange between your lady and you explaining the interaction after the original reveal did not go as expected was down right AMAZING!! I did not expect such a deep but clear in-depth explanation as to why there was no reveal video but the whole reason as to why there was no video and the discussion that you two had was priceless. I wish I had that kind of patience, understanding, trusting open dialogue with my ex. I actually cried during that part of your video because I have been there and could completely see where the disconnect and misunderstanding came from. It was such a huge learning in couples relationship communication. 🙏😞. I wish I could go back about 10 years or more with my ex and have that kind of moment. I might just still have my family and not be alone today.
You two are blessed and lucky to have one another. Honestly I'm impressed and will refer this video to anyone with those moments of miscommunication and how to just tell your partner wether good or bad how you are feeling. 👍👍👍👍

When the video cut to them sitting in the car I was like oh no, I’m glad everything turned out good, he could have completely cut it all out and just showed them going to play the system but this shows that in relationships sometimes there might be bumps in the road but you have to talk and learn from those bumps and that’s what makes a good couple! Missed you exo!

It truly amazes me how far subwoofers have come since I was young. I had 4 Orion Xtreme 12” subs that were nowhere near that. Those 2 10’s are insane. I’m still into bass but I’m only considering a shallow mount 10.

Just found your channel and I'm really happy I did. Love the energy, commitment and the genuine vibe you give off. Couple things I do when building a box (or a house for that matter) that may help you out.. When using wood period, a carpenters square or speed square should be in arms reach at all times. Checking for squareness before every cut is a must. Especially the first few cuts. If that first cut is out and you use that as a template? Everything from then on is going to be out of square. Get a skill saw with a laser guide. So much easier to keep your saw straight. Even better you can use a straight edge and clamp both sides and use it to guide your saw along. Perfect cut every time. Even better then that would be investing in a bigger table saw or one with with an extended pull out. Congrats on your success and hoping it continues. Kind regards V
Edit: Oh and please please anchor that table saw when using it. One quick twist or slip and it jams up you may lose a nice straight cut. One quick twist AND slip you may lose a finger. Cheers M8

This was such a sick box build! You have grown so much with your skill bro! Totally get the form factor with the subs facing forward. Gotta be practical with your builds. Would love to get a few of these myself. Just trying to save up for a home for my family so bass is low on the priority list. Stay healthy man, we will all get through this pandemic together!
