Another great video guys! Really interesting, and great info given for us followers. Philippines just sounds like a beautiful place to live. Also im loving these videos of you guys giving a insight on what to do and expect in the philippines. Awesome video. Much love guys! #teamcrownie
Yeah, rainwater tank and a greywater system would really help in cost. Rainwater is very healthy too, if you ahh boil it first. I'd only invest in the system on a rental if I could dismantle and move the system with me though. I'd get the electricity checked out before renting. A lot of dodgy wiring practices there. You can find videos of several foreigners that have encountered problems with electricity bills too high after they have signed on the dotted line of course... Dairy anything you pay premium for in Asia anywhere. Growing your own food depends on how long you want to stay but don't forget recent price of onions. You'd be amazed what you can grow in a few foam boxes and some companion planting. Organic too... And never forget, without a Filipina with you and buying something in an area you aren't known will tempt 'skintax'. Great vid, all the important stuff got covered. Your own wheels are pretty important if staying for more than a short time, jeepnies etc., can get frustrating fast. Don't forget your helmet... Red lights don't mean much to locals. Thanks Crowns! Good vid.
Thank you very much dears for sharing with the rest of us.. I ALREADY LIVE IN THE PHILIPPINES WITH MY GIRLFRIEND.. I have already seen how expensive it is to eat what you eat in your country of origin.. I am from Romania and it was a bit much for me difficult to change my traditional food style .. ANDRE you look good the way you are .. God bless you dear ones🙏👍
Hi, when I was in the Philippines there was little International food me and my wife bought There was a market for vegetables/potatoes/meat not much rice I ate fish we went to the beach to buy But that was in the early 90s then it was cheap Now the prices have skyrocketed I understand that it's difficult for ordinary local people One thing I didn't like was when you had to withdraw money at the ATM there was always a fee So I stopped that Sent money to myself via Western Union-Pay Pal but now there have been many more so there is a way to save money Have a good time God Bless
For your information peso is 100 centavos. Rarely used though. Fully agree with you regarding food. I also have to buy European food even though it’s ridiculously expensive here in Taguig. Going to relocate to Panglao at the end of April.
I can’t believe one of the negative comments from people. Live your lives the way you like and ignore the idiots. Your videos are great, just wish I could see them more often.
$340/month USD -- WOW. Good price! What part of Bohol are you guys in? Wife and I are building a house on Bohol for when we retire. Her family is from Bohol, so they are watching the new house for us.
i love yours video's. both of u give me hope one day i could find my true love at the age of 43. i can see that both of u are in truly in love!! keep the great videos coming please.
Looks expensive but so much way better than in western countries like canada this is how much in average we pay house - 150,000 pesos per month electricity - 13,000 pesos per month water - 2.000 pesos per month internet - 4,000 pesos per month gasoline - 10,000 pesos per month
Bohol is an expensive island now. Land and home prices have really gone up in price, as well as rent. Food even for local food has gone up quite a bit too. Thanks for the information, always helpful.
Prices has gone up especially on tourists spot like Bohol because of foreigners. Other Filipinos and investor had taken so much advantage of everything which is bad for every locals and tourists but most especially for locals.
I’m newly retired and wanna come home there in Philippines from US. 2k$ is my monthly budget so is it comfortable for my budget to live with everything? 😊 I’m excited and maybe meet you guys on my vacation before completely settle down.
😮Thank you so much guys for sharing . We are planning to live in the phil. also . Oh yes much some of the food in Phil . Is much more xpensive . Greetings from Denmark
Hello! First time watcher! My wife and i (filipina of course) have property in Bohol and want to move there. We need to build a house and was wondering the expense. Of course it depends on the size, but just wondering compared to like U.S prices or something like that? Maybe like the one you are in now? Are there reliable contractors?
Hi me and my German partner planning to live in Bohol in the Future. Is he need a visa and pay every month to stay here in the Philippines? Thank you 😊
I always like to see other people’s budgets for the area they live. I lived on $3k in Makati with a little spare each month but in BGC $3k was a tight budget 😩 Unfortunately I like city life so have to pay a price for that. Is your income from remote working or are you just rich 😄
Interesting..$3K Would seem like a good budget in BGC....Would you mind breaking it down? Rent? Food? Travel? Entertainment? Health insurance? Transportation?
Electricity in the Philippines is very expensive. 25 k is still very cheap which is only $500 dollars It cost $2000.000 Dollars for a 1-bedroom apartment in the States. You sound like a German I used to work in a German hospital Sprechen sie Deutch? We own a family house in the Philippines in Negros Oriental and my brother bought a house in Dumaguete City which I prefer to stay in the City every time we go home for vacation.
Hey guys, very good vlog. Valuable content for serious visitors. Keep it up guys. On another note, Andre, did I hear right.....7 eggs at one sitting? Buddy please, cut back on the quantity because that's a ton of cholesterol. All the best to you as usual 😊
Hello couples! Not a topic related but you have guys know where can rent an apartment atleast 24 night we're soon having vacay in bohol panglao as well 🥰 appreciated the response ❤️❤️
yo Bro you haven't been there very long( as in under a year} .. you will pay more at first but as you become more it will go down. Mind you from what ive seen of your accommodations, you are living well. your costs are about 1/3 of the costs of living a similar life in a western country. I too plan on living my final years in PH but i am certain i will have to work half the time in my own country for the next 20 years as i wasn't smart with my money until i was 40. good luck amigo and am sure everything will work out.. ps id love to hire your boat for a extended island excursion when i return to PH early next year... i found Bohol very beautiful by Motobike but know its better if you have access to boat!! salamat and Bueno suerte , viel Glück
The bigger you are the more calories you need daily so multiply his weight with around 20 that's how much he needs but since he wanna lose weight, he needs deficit so in calories that's around 15x his weight. When he is smaller he will need to eat even less if he wants to lose a little more.
Can I ask, where do you find a place like this? Real estate agent? Online? I’m playing to move to Bohol with my Filipina fiancée and we would love a place similar to this…
You have an electric light flicking in the other room. You need to add that to your expenses. Just kidding. Your comments were very helpful as to living expenses. I'm sure it would cost more as a tourist for one month.
Can your UA-cam channel with 28k subscriber alone provide this monthly budget or do you need additional income from other social media to cover your cost of living?
Very good video expenses are going up around the world for everybody I don't think the Philippines is cheap to live anymore and as a foreigner it is very difficult to find work and even for Filipinos who are well educated with a degree find it difficult for work we all have to except the Philippines is a beautiful country but also a third world country
$1000/month ... That's great... Simple life. Any tips where to let look for 10-15k house. Only need one bedroom, small kitchen.. Aircon bedroom only. *Crap Game*
WOW!!!! ...... i have been thinking and thinking about what i need, my Partner is Filipina and i am 56, i worked out that i have around 120,000 peso per month available ......... can anyone tell me why i am not there???. I just have not been able to pull the trigger, but this helps a lot.
Only Filipinos use to eat more rice than any other country. They should learn how eat alternative food like more veggies, corn, potato, pasta, or sweet potato.
It's sadly so true that the System and the Systematic GovPolicy it's extremely SLOW and UGLY processes in the Philippines. So, Of course, I appreciate my beloved European Contined, and my German Bro there wish u the best Mexico/USA it's just way I mean so grateful for how our System works, in most cases, it's really ok, and also the Food prices are awesome.

60 day extension are 3150ph not 5000
depends on how much times you extended before... and on your second extend you need to pay for ACR card.
