Green Smoothie
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 bananas
- 1 handful of kale
- 5-6 dates
- Juice of 1 lime
- (optional) 1-2 tbsp vegan protein powder
Red Smoothie
- 1 pack frozen raspberries (200 g)
- 3-4 cooked beetroot
- 2 bananas
- 3 dates
- 1 apple
- (optional) 1-2 tbsp vegan protein powder
Yellow Smoothie
- frozen mango
- pear
- banana
- turmeric
- (optional) 1-2 tbsp vegan protein powder

Purple: substitute blueberries and blackberries for the raspberries; and
Orange: 2 carrots + 1 orange + mango/yellow smoothie recipe.
Add a Tbsp of golden flax seed for extra fiber to all.
