omg so excited for this! literally this whole week have brought up how i need to work on my knee strength. i use to lock my knees out when i was a kid so they naturally hyperextend 🥲 not painful but i don’t get all the benefits from certain stretches like downward dog, forward fold as well as straddle forward fold because now knowing it was horrible for me to lock my legs out i try to keep a slight bend in my knees because if i straighten them - my joints or cartilage whatever rub together and it is very uncomfy. sorry for just word vomiting but just want to say you’re amazing and you provide so much variety to your community. forever grateful!! 🙂↕️😊💕

Wow Coach! You're the only other, sharer of healthy knowledge, that I've seen perform "Snapdowns". I learned this from a Shaolin Monk (mini training) I did. Same movements, but they were called "Heels To Earth". We were to imagining lighting going down our spine and exiting through our heels deep into the Earth. Also, your toe-tuck-rock really make my "digitorum longus tendons" of my feet happy-- and my sprinting knees thank you! Healthy Good vibes to you Julia!

Hi Julia, Many thanks for this workout. I have a torn meniscus and lately I have only started to return to training. I found this routine very helpful as my knee was aching a little bit. After the workout it's not bothering me anymore. Another thing I discovered on the last exercise of the cooldown, if I move the leg out to the side instead of in I get a better stretch. Thanks for all the workouts looking forward to doing your 30 day challenge. Enjoy your day
