Repaired the Boltpower Car Battery Booster Pack - Boosting a Dead Batter

Had to replace a failed cell (one of three) and then test if this unit could boost a dead car battery to a charged state adequate for starting a car.
This video demonstrates that the boost pack did indeed rise a 10.7v dead battery voltage to 12.3v while probably being able to deliver enough power to start the Honda Civic.
The repair required: 1) cut out the dead pouch cell, 2) replace it with a cartridge that can hold up to 4x 18650 cells (in parallel) with the remaining two pouch cells in series, and 3) toggle the MOSFET on the controller board.
