I know the series is pretty much over at this point, but I feel like part of the reason you're getting un-centered shots is because it only counts as centered if you take the picture while the reticule is red and you get the Pokemon's name when you take the picture. Because you spam the camera button so fast and take 10 pictures where you only need one, it shakes the reticule out of alignment (as well as the Pokemon moving out of the way). So you have all these pictures but you can't tell which ones are properly centered and which aren't, because when you're looking at them in the lab, there's no indication of where the reticule was when the picture was taken, so you're likely picking out pictures where the reticule was just a pixel or two off and didn't quite hit the mark, surrounded by pictures where it _was_ there while you were madly spamming the button but you just picked the wrong one.
Hah, yes, I know how it works. The problem is I'm not using a Nintendo 64 controller. You see how touchy it is when I'm just trying to select photos to show the professor? Imagine trying to take accurate pictures like that.
Pikachu hating music is my head canon now. If I ever see a Pikachu mad, im just going to assume it heard some music.
Don't try taking a Pikachu to a concert, it won't end well!

@@Commodore128 Hmm, that's a good point. I forgot about that part, too.
