I love how you mix real-time reactions with the voice-over narration. I love hearing what you think and how you react in real-time, but then the voice-over narration does an amazing job of moving the narrative along and summarizing long and uneventful periods. It's a perfect blend that makes sure the pacing is quick, but still makes sure we can experience what it was like for you to play it in the moment.
I love how well you explain everything!!! Most of the “I played 100%” videos I come in with no context and some UA-camrs fly through expecting that you’ve seen some form of gameplay from that content. I really appreciate that you include all the story bits!!
This and the fact that he post 1 or 2 hrs vids is why i love this channel. I think 100 days format really need a long vid or it will all be too compressed
Fun fact, the entire desert area is based around Egyptian mythology. The "if the heart weighs heavier than the feather, they shall suffer in the burning desert, but if it lighter than they shall be taken to paradise by the heavenly crocodile" thing is pretty much the exact myth. Ammit is a beast associated with judgement, has a head of a crocodile, and the body of a hind quarters of a hippo, who ate the souls of those who failed judgement, and sobek is a god of crocodiles who guided people to the afterlife
45:39 Sharing this cause I find it cute. DDAT-G is pronounced tut gee in korean / 땃쥐 which literally means shrew. So the giant shrew robot is named SHREW 5000. This game is so cute!
I wonder if Tau being the corrupted evil guy throughout the story is due to the ancient Chinese proverb being “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil, do no evil”. But since everyone kept forgetting the last one the fourth monkey was often depicted being out in the world doing evil.
I love that he immediately sees the Koala and recognizes him as a Aussie and gives him a "Good 'Ay, Mate!". It was really endearing to me for some reason, lol.

Given the appearance of the character, the insanity, and the basement monster, I feel like that Tucker guy is a reference to Fullmetal Alchemist (2:21:25-ish) Reference spoilers below: Fullmetal Alchemist's Shao Tucker was an alchemist who made chimeras. He went mad and killed his wife, daughter, and dog in attempts to make talking chimeras. He then spends the rest of the series trying to get his daughter back, like a maniac.
I dont have exact examples in mind right now but i think the scientist with a gone wrong monster in the basement is an well known thing that gets used by a couple shows and games
Recommendation 1: Slime Rancher (Pretty easy, not quite long and enjoyable) You should definitely 100% Slime Rancher! It's a pretty damn good game and I think you might enjoy it a lot. It kinda has a similar feel to this game, but it's in 3d and a little less complicated, definitely more of a children's game than this one, but it's still extremely fun. Also really cute and adorable too, them lil' slimes are so goofy. Recommendation 2: Terraria (Quite a lot more painful, grindy, and way more time consuming, I personally wouldn't recommend, but it could make a pretty good video) Now if you are looking for way more of a challenge and an endeavor that might take 50-100 hours+ probably a whole lot more if you are completely new to it, since there is quite a lot of pretty grindy achievements especially one which will cause you quite a lot of pain and suffering, then you should try 100%'ing Terraia, keyword is try. But a 100 days on it might actually be pretty doable and way less of a grind + it could be a whole lot more enjoyable. Maybe a 100 days on terraria's hardest difficulty master mode as a beginner, would be a pretty interesting video idea, but it definitely will cause quite a lot of suffering for a silly goose on the loose like you, so sticking to classic mode would be the best bet.
I will bet you a real steam game it doesn't win. No joke. If it wins I'll buy you a steam game worth no more than 20$. if it doesn't then you admit defeat and send me 20 imaginary dollars.
when i today saw, that floydson uploaded a two and a half hour video i was instantly intrigued and certain that this could be a big story. i grabbed some chocolades and a cheeky beverage too before I embarked on a journey to the screen infront of my couch. i switched to full screen, gave the pillows a friendly whack for the perfect form for my back - and another one just for good mesurement. I swung my legs ontop of the couch and started the video. but since i had forgotten to dim the light i had to stop it immidiatly. after waddeling to the light switch i had a rather short fight with it before i could return for the big movie. I ate some chocolades -, took a few sips of my soda and before i knew it the story was half way told. i better had eaten something in preparation for this movie, because, an hour and a half in my belly started gowling like a hungry dingus. so up in the kitchen i went. I boiled some water, cooked some nodles and returned to my glorious throne. but i forgot the cuttlery in the kitchen - what a goose - so had another quest fo complete.... hahaha, thanks for all the effort you put into this. so much fun to watch!! You're the only creator I can consistently watch play these games for hours on end. I have them on while I drive, play another game, clean, fall asleep, etc. and then again while I'm playing through the same game. Hands down my favorite channel. I haven't had much time game tbh but I recently bought Core Keeper. Although I've barely started, I KNOW you'd love it. It's very much your cup of tea. I hope you, Sa and the kids are all doing well!! Thank you for all the quality content. Happy that you're able to go full time and have a job that you enjoy and an income that allows you some stability and extra free time with your family.
Just realized that at some point in the game, something talked about the hero from another world and how they must forget everything that happened once they return, which is why at the very end of the game, Ogu didn’t remember anything.
Did I watch it? Yes Was I annoyed on how he solved the puzzles and did the boss fights? Yes Did I yell "dodge!" a lot of times? Yes Did I facepalm myself a couple of times? Yes Will I watch another Floydson video? Yes your storytelling is addicting, well done!

13:48 POV: an Asian makes you do math in a video game 16:04 This is a "see no evil, hear no evil, and say no evil" reference. It's especially often linked with monkeys in Japan because of a wordplay in Japanese. The order is in "hear-see-say" from left to right in contrast to "see-hear-say" in 6:30 because a *Korean* who sees that would read the element in the center first when it is written either in a bigger font or on an elevated position.

I love your 100% the most, simply one of the best. When listening to the others I just listen and do my work, but I can't listening to yours as your reaction is so good that you always draw me into the video, thank you for putting out another great video here.
and the ending is sad man...
This game looks so fun, I’m glad you got sponsored to play it!!
2:21:30 Shou Tucker. We just cant escape him even 21 years later.
This is a delight to see. Maybe someday I can make a game long enough (and fun enough) for you to want to play--even if not for the channel, just to enjoy! It was encouraging to hear you say "this is a dream sponsor," though. Someday, I'll get there.
1:22:29 me just watching South Park no, don’t kick the goddamn baby
You should do Evil Genius 2
This is a GOOD investment in advertising budget. Dang. Congrats Floydson!!
You should do a 100% play though of Valheim. It’s a 3rd person survival game where you are put into a world of you don’t know what and your entire goal is to defeat bosses
I recommend the earthbound/mother series. It has a good story and funny jokes in them too!
Yo Floyd! I'm sure you would love the game Manual Samuel, it's short and sweet. Would LOVE to see a playthrough of that and see your reaction!
Floydson you should try corekeeper , it's Fantastic game that combine with terraria and stardew alike , alot of boss fight and building, crafting 👌🏻
( maybe in da distant future right ? )
3:51 THAT WAS SO UNEXPECTED
Floydson dropped another movie long video: YAY!
It's another game that's in my wishlist and I don't want to be spoiled: NOOO 😢
I think a playthrough of the curious expedition would be a hit in floydsons style
2:02:43 …..oh my god that’s a Kamen Rider reference. The posing, the insect theme, the attack buff after the posing? That’s all Kamen rider!
I'm a simple man. I see a new Floydson video, I enjoy it through and through
57:37 when i heard u say that i was so confused i was like "wtf did i miss" (i am sleepy today)
It almost rhymes. Truly A poem. An art beyond current understanding.
4:50 water later way forward.
