@judithrjames lol, thx judith. now, i will say, and those that know me here, they know i didnt LOVE the crabs but they were ok but the oysters were insanely wonderful. if you havent already, maybe subscribe. i did a ton of seafood videos over the past here.
@@danielwilson1105 thx, and it was very tasty. my hubby and i went to winchester to look at a motorcycle and we saw this show up on the gps, (along the route) .. I had googled crab houses before but never saw it before. i’m so glad i found it. the staff were all so nice there.
I really enjoyed your video. We love Lowry's!! Especially the fried chicken. A few years back we were having some folks over and decided to order up a bunch of their chicken. It smelled so good that when we were loading it into the back of the car, we decided we would just have to enjoy a piece right there and then. Our guests never knew!
@@nancyramsay3821 LOL, I LOVE that story! it reminds me of my dad, back when i was a kid (in the 70’s) who would nearly eat up all the McDonalds fries before he got the food home, lol! Looks like you found great seafood shack! The fried shrimp were huge! Are there onions in the hushpuppies? I'm thinking no if it has a sweetness to the hushpuppy. I could definitely hear the crunch on the chicken. The catfish/whitefish looked so yummy! Nice desserts too. I think you have found a gem here Gail! Really enjoyed the video!
@@vafunseekers no onions but i do like when it has onions too. ya, im sure its not catfish, but it is yummy just the same. i was going to call the video “a hidden gem” so its funny you say that. im glad you liked it. bryan will polish off the rest of the dessert that i brought home. he had some last night but there was still enough for today, just from what you saw there.
