Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Details -
Royal Enfield has finally unveiled the much-awaited production-spec version of the Shotgun 650. The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 is launched in January 2024, and starting priced Rs.3.59 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Shotgun 650 comes with a retro-modern bobber design. It features a teardrop-style metal tank and metal panels, and flaunts the Royal Enfield logo on the tank while the engine casing has a metal Royal Enfield badging. The powertrain and the underpinnings are blacked out in all colour variants. The Shotgun 650 will be available in four colour options: Stencil White, Plasma Blue, Green Drill and Sheetmetal Grey. The bobber gets a different alloy wheel design as compared to the Super Meteor 650.
The Shotgun 650 is powered by a 648cc parallel twin-cylinder engine, shared with the Super Meteor 650, that produces 47PS and 52.3Nm, paired with a 6-speed transmission. The motorcycle gets a 13.8-litre tank, 1.9 litre less than the Super Meteor, and claims a mileage of 22kmpl.
Built on a steel tubular spine frame, the Shotgun 650 gets a specially tuned 43mm big piston Showa front inverted fork and twin-tube 5-step preload-adjustable dual shock absorbers at the back. The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 gets mid-set footpegs and offers an upright riding position but with a slightly forward lean.
The Shotgun 650 has a 795mm seat height, which makes it a massive 55mm taller than the Super Meteor. The bike offers 140mm ground clearance, which is 5mm more than the Super Meteor 650. It has a kerb weight of 240kg (1kg less than the Super Meteor). The Shotgun 650 rolls on 18-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels with 100-section front and 150-section rear tubeless Ceat Zoom Cruz tyres.
Royal Enfield is offering 31 genuine accessories for the new Shotgun 650. Additional offering from the brand includes a matching apparel range. The new Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 will be launched globally in early 2024.

Yaar I was thinking of twin engine but 650 is too much on Indian roads, though sometimes you need the power. 350 is enough and Honda CB350 is appealing to me more with all features, city ride as well as hills. I find this machine attractive but I am controlling myself to CB350 for now for my India visit. Overseas, there are so many other twin engined bikes.
However, the shotgun looks amazingly awesome 😎

SM suspension is better, Yes you can fit aftermarket suspension
The purpose of this bike is same compared to interceptor 650 where as the continental gt 650 is a pure cafe racer bike and meteor 650 is a prefect cruiser bike 👍

1. Instead of oil cooling liquid cooling should have been given for such a premium bike.
2. Led turn lights is bare minimum. Not sure why RE if fond of Halogen bulbs.
3 above all RE showroom guys are showing their attitude.They are testing customers as if if you do not buy someone else will buy. This attitude was not there before.
4. RE service is pathetic. So investing so much on a premium build like this doesn't make any sense..
Basically stay away from RE.

maine dheka hai loag appne interceptor pe metero ka rear side alloys lagate hue 17inch 150 fat wala
But shotgun ka front 18inch aur rear 17inch with 150 fat size additional alloys ka design bhi accha hai

In my new model royal enfield 350 there is automatic time reseting problem comming frequently. service center tell me it is because you are less riding your bike but i ride daily 10-15 km normally . last time battary was low and after charging battary it works for a month but again it happens same so what to do should i change the meter console because of software issues ,just charging battary again and again ,or should change the battery please guide me?
this is a meter issue brother, Tell service not to fool you, bike 6month ke liye bhi khadi ho fir bhi ye issue nahi hona chahiye, warranty mai he thik karwana

Tell me about the engine the shining paint given by RE . I don’t think it work scratches easily seen and it’s not possible to remove it easily every time . In chrome finish we remove easily by AUTOSOL POLISH
