I wouldn't say he has THE best paintjobs in YT but he sure as hell is in the top 5. And if you factor in the kitbashing-fu this guy is hands down the best all around mini artist.
Definitely a missed opportunity to name them the 'illvaneth' These look ace, although I'm surprised you didn't go for autumnal reds and yellows for the leaves and weapons, to give that hint of a deciduous tree 'dying' to tie into the Nurgle theme. They would have really popped against the verdigris on the bronze too
The thing i love most about this is how many revenants u use in your army, I have a revenant based army but I feel like everybody thinks they are to bad to use in large numbers so seeing this is really satisfying
I'm a big fan of large numbers of rank and file supported by just a few characters and elite units. Hopefully, they'll live long enough to look good on the table 😂
I did love playing Ironjawz, they were just simple to play. Point them towards the enemy and smash stuff up. Maybe they'll be my next army after I'm done with these guys.
As a colorblind artist, I can’t express how much your breakdown of certain color schemes help me create higher and finer detailed color schemes on my relatively nervously painted models
These look amazing! I wish GW was more adamant when it comes to expanding the influences of the chaos gods. Corruption of the earth manifested into a unit is epic!
I agree, there are lots of ways that Chaos can influence things beyond just the main four gods. I've always loved the idea of humans who serve Khorne but haven't quite fallen to the maddening bloodlust but are still obsessed by their martial prowess.
Great work. I always enjoy watching Chaos corrupting conversions. I would love to see you sculpt lil acorns or green apples for the eye sockets of the Nurgle headed unit leaders.
Another REALLY easy conversion army idea is the "no bone noses" Ossiarch Bonereapers. For the most part, just remove the head from whatever kit you like and replace with one from the Citadel Skulls kit. There's some other fun you can have, but over all it's a 1 dead animal bits out of 5 conversion project.
I've been watching these videos a lot, and think these other non space marine armies are super cool to build, idk about playing the game but I think making these figurines would be super fun
Loved playing against you man, your army looked amazing! Your friendly ironjawz player (The second one) Will be following your videos from now on, cheers.
These are fantastic. I'm impressed at how well your green stuff bellies blend in alongside their plastic counterparts. I picked up a few new tricks from your painting tutorial, too. Looking forward to seeing what you've done with other units.
These are sick! Can't wait to see the completed army. I also had a request for a future conversion. It could be cool to see you convert some Chaos Dwarves from the existing AoS kits since the Forge World models are no longer being sold.
These are such cool conversions! I love to convert stuff too (my last project being flesh eater believing themselves to be stormcast) but i suck with the green stuff... yet, your tips are super useful, thank you so much for them. 👍

Pete: "to the best if my ability"
*executes perfectly and without flaw*
There is always room for improvement 😉
I know you are primarily a conversion based channel, but I legitimately think you have the best paint jobs on UA-cam. Great job as always
I wouldn't say he has THE best paintjobs in YT but he sure as hell is in the top 5. And if you factor in the kitbashing-fu this guy is hands down the best all around mini artist.
Thank you for your kind words, but I know that Richard Grey is on UA-cam so I definitely can't be the best 😂
Very effective and great paintjobs. Not the 'best'
That trick to painting the verdigris and bronze was absolutely amazing and I definitely learned something new today!
I'm glad to hear it :D
Definitely a missed opportunity to name them the 'illvaneth'

I really hope we get to see the battle these are in. They look sick.
if he doesn't link to them, or have them on the channel I will be very upset
"They look sick." I see what you did there ;-)
@@monkeybusiness673 that wasnt intentional
Holy shit does this mean... kitbashed Allarielle? Hell yeah, they look amazing!
Having the units distinguished with various details (the bells, nurglings, and heads) was absolutely and utterly genius.
Really looking forward to seeing the rest of this army done, I'm loving the theme!!!
Me too! Still quite a bit to get done but it'll be good when it's all finished
Those Sylvaneth are amazing. Can't wait to see what you've done with the kurnoth hunters.
I've got them on my painting table right now, so not too long to wait hopefully
My biggest critique of your channel isn't even a critique. I just wish you had longer videos dude. You're inspirational with how you instruct.
Our tree boys are great for kit bashing. They look amazing with necrons, zombies really anything tbh
I agree, they are extremely versatile models.
These turned out great! Love the colors you chose.
I'm a simple man - I see great kitbashing content, I like and subscribe.

Yes, Pete! Can't wait to see them on the table!
Also, those Ironjawz are gorgeous! Multiple cabbages is a thing... just saying ;)
I did love playing Ironjawz, they were just simple to play. Point them towards the enemy and smash stuff up. Maybe they'll be my next army after I'm done with these guys.
very original cool ! i like

Grandfather Nurgle smiles upon your efforts to spread the decay. Awesome work, mate! So inspiring!!!
Yes finally some more chaos stuff they look insane. Can't wait to see some more chaos conversion.
More to come!
This army has inspired me alot, im personally testing out my personal Nurgle corrupted flesh eater court
That pushing the blade through the glove technique is pure genius
You... are a truly twisted genius. Nicely Done. Your conversions never cease to surprise and please. Keep up the good work.
God. I have more than 60 guardsman minis and you’ve got it right when you say it’s difficult to get them to all be unique.
THESE LOOK FANTASTIC! Always love when Grandpa Nurgle gives his blessing!
Grandpa Nurgle never gives receipts; his are the gifts you can never give back.
@@euansmith3699 Who would want to? No pain, no death, and if you lose a limb a new one grows in its place! It's fantastic!

Never really liked Sylvaneth... until now. What a fantastic conversion! Good shit, mate.
The Nurgleness comes through really well!!
Great work. I always enjoy watching Chaos corrupting conversions. I would love to see you sculpt lil acorns or green apples for the eye sockets of the Nurgle headed unit leaders.

I can't wait to see Nurgle Allerial!
Great blessings of Grandfather Nurgle they are amazing as always!!!!

Will be following your videos from now on, cheers.
This is awesome. For a while now I’ve been thinking of doing this with Bloodletters. Well done.
Wow, this is really inspiring and makes me think about what I can’t do with what I’ve got.
This looks amazing can't wait to see them altogether.
Thanks!
I gotta say Pete, the reveal part of your videos have really gotten amazing! The music just sells the models completely!
I’m usually here for Space Marines but this was actually fascinating.
I just started this army. Your approach is striking. Well done there.
Those look so sick (easy pun)!!!
I imagine Alarielle riding a Great Unclean One, how cool would that be.
Great job Mr. Pete!
Love em, very well done.
Wow! They look wonderful
you really are a magician with your scalpel, nice mini!
These look absolutely awesome
Holy crap, they look amazing.
Very pretty! I hadn’t seen verdigris done in that order before. Looking forward to more. : )
It only really works if you already have quite a dark basecoat/primer but I find it much easier than applying the verdigris to the bronze afterwards.
Love the Revenants - and love the series!!!
Mesmerising colour scheme, well done!
Glad you like it!
undervalued creator, you will pop soon! Conversion vids are king.
Among the best videos you have done to this date , looking forward to seeing how you make the bug lady and the others awesome miniatures in the army
They look beautiful !
they are really creepy, glad you made them and good luck on that event
WOW! Wouldn't want those shambling out of the forest at night. Can't wait to see the other parts!
looking awesome Pete, cant wait to see what you do next
So glad I found this channel. I've been getting inspired to paint and convert again watching these videos.
Amazing! Can't wait to see the full army! Don't know your play style so good luck, but I'm sure you'll have the best looking army in the competition.
Truely Ghastly. Looks amazing man.
this kind of creative projects is so cool !
Amazing pete! Love the bases too. Subtle but just add that little bit of variance. Well done!
These are fantastic. I'm impressed at how well your green stuff bellies blend in alongside their plastic counterparts. I picked up a few new tricks from your painting tutorial, too. Looking forward to seeing what you've done with other units.
Wow Pete, these are really amazing
Awesome! Can't wait to see your kurnoth hunter conversions.
Man. I CANNOT wait for the rest pf this army
These are phenomenal!
Absolutely brilliant.
I would love to see a "Necromancer" Alarielle. Well done Peter I do love your take on the "Nurgleneth"
I'm looking forward to your next video on this project.
Need the next part already! That was sick
His voice and delivery reminds me on installation 00 they sound like brothers with different mics 😅 love the videos keep it up 👍
These are excellent! Really good job. The glove cover trick is really cool too will definitely use that 👍
Those look freakin' awesome.
Wow loved the conversions and paint job on these guys. Aaaand now I want to start a new army lol.
These are sick! Can't wait to see the completed army. I also had a request for a future conversion. It could be cool to see you convert some Chaos Dwarves from the existing AoS kits since the Forge World models are no longer being sold.
I would absolutely love to do some Chaos dwarves at some point. Those helmets that the infantry had were incredibly cool
absolutely love these, they look amazing
Great video love the work, on to watch the next one.
Thats beautiful, you make it seems like a really easy project! Gonna grab my paints again..
These look amazing 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Truly inspirational!
When the music began quietly, I knew "This is a serious video".
beautifully done.
This has me inspired to turn Sylvaneth into Tau Auxiliaries
Looks badass
Great idea and as usual great job
12:59 your super corroded bronze looks great
These are such cool conversions! I love to convert stuff too (my last project being flesh eater believing themselves to be stormcast) but i suck with the green stuff... yet, your tips are super useful, thank you so much for them. 👍
These look amazing! I cannot wait to see what you do with the rest of the army.
Can't wait to see nurgle Alarielle!

these are inspiring i wanted to make nurgle sylvaneth, or sylvaneth nurgle stuff forever
As a combination, they make perfect sense
I don't care much about AoS but these conversions and paintjob is great!
Damn, that cheat-code with glove is really good
