- How to make a simple wedding veil. It is a simple diy tutorial.
There are three things you need to consider when making the veil:
1) Veil Length
2) Fullness
3) How many tiers {layers}

I love this tutorial. My dress is from Europe and I cannot find a veil to match the shade of ivory. I decided today to make my own veil...I was terrified until I saw this. I just bought my material, comb and accessories and now? THANK you for an easy to follow, simple and short tutorial that isn't too much talking and is straight forward. I very much appreciate the help this will be :)

Greetings! you can cut the 2nd tulle layer about 1-2inches shorter. You will then lay the shorter veil on top of the longer one and sew it together like in the video at 1:51. Then complete the steps using the same process as the rest. I will be doing a tutorial for the Veil with a blusher in future (which is a 2 layer veil). the tulle is folded but this step is not in the video. how many folds and are the horizontal or vertical? Otherwise great easy to follow instructions!

Greetings! Yes, this is a 72in width tulle and had cut it at 24 inches long. For the second tier, you can use the 72in width tulle and cut it 1 or 2 inches shorter (23 or 22 inches long) or whichever length you like. When you get to1:43 second part of the tutorial, you would just lay the tulle on top of each other and go forward with the process. Hope this helps. kefane275 I do not have one at the moment but it is one of my future projects. When is your wedding? If the tutorial is not uploaded in time for your event, you can definitely make it with two layers and pull the top one over:)
