If you have to mail off a check (or money ) take the envelope to your local post office and use the drop boxes that are *INSIDE* the post office. Yes, it’s inconvenient but the chances of your money getting stolen are slim to none.
I'm a retired city letter carrier...35 years. The "old guard" were the types you could count on for reliable, steadfast service. But, as with EVERYTHING in this country, the quality of people steadily degraded, with DEI supervision and workers becoming the priority (no pun intended). Service went to sh*t ; attendance was pitiful ; thefts skyrocketed, etc, etc. Liberal America got what it asked for, and the rest have / will continue to suffer.
I had a $10000 retail package sent to a store stolen from the USPS distribution facility and I haven't used USPS since. I think the bigger concern are the Usps employees.
They are all liberals and they will absolutely steal your money because they know the management is liberal and will do absolutely zero about it. Has become corrupt just like the media
I have had Three discovery coins stolen in the last month. Three separate packages sent on separate dates. And the worker keeps closing the cases without looking into it

It is definitely the employees! I had a very valuable coin stolen by the postal workers, I reported it and they keep closing the case. I sent two more coins and a pair of shoes a week ago. The shoes made it, the two coins in two seperate packages were both stolen. So now that is 3 in one month. And I think the stole the second and third as retaliation for me reporting the first. I’m going to sue this company

I saw it happen at Germantown and Chelten Avenue (19144) a few days ago. Two boxes were hit.
