Manual Release Check

This video shows how to check the manual release mechanism on SOMMER evo+ and pro+ garage door operators to ensure it can be released in the close position, and how to adjust the tension if needed.

One thing that also helps with not binding the close limit, is push the door all the way down, hold the top of the door against the opening, and set the top rollers against the wall side of the track. I've found that to help get the door fully closed without binding, and it doesn't bind the release.
