Central, Plymouth parkrun - Our first parkrun review.

It's my 109th parkrun BUT it's the channel's first parkrun event and what a great one to start with. We went to Central, Plymouth parkrun.
The weather was stunning as were the views. As we set off, the sea quickly came into view. A turn around a cone and up a short incline you return past the start before heading down a lovely slope towards the rest of the course. Watch the video for the full course including my views.
We loved this parkrun and gave it a pretty good score (see end of video).
A massive thank you to all the marshals and volunteers today, you really put on a wonderful event.
I’d like to add that I may give the impression that the course is flat. It’s definitely not flat but it’s not slow, with some good down hill sections. It’ll depend on your strengths and how you are on undulating routes.
We will definitely be back!

You guys need to do Teignmouth PR, if they are on their main course it’s flat as a pancake. Another fantastic video James 👌

Nice video. I was in the red top and black tracksuit bottoms and you both overtook me on the last straight. Tbh, it felt hilly to me - I almost went backwards on the inclines!

It’s definitely got a few inclines. I think the sun made me forget them when I did the video 😂.

I'm only 1minute in (1:23 to be precise) and I'm gobsmacked. Central Park Parkrun is 'relatively flat'???? It's down, up, down, up, down, up, down, up.
Ok, so I haven't done much parkrun tourism, but I'm not sure I would be calling this one flat. 🤣🤣

Have a watch all the way through to the end and I talk about the hills. Relative to many in this area it’s not super hilly 👍.
I maybe used the word flat a bit too much 😂
