Thank you for the time you put into teaching us “oldies”. I’m working on balance and strength. Not being mobile is my worst fear of aging. Every bit of advice and exercises you give is applicable to my condition. You are a good speaker and teacher! I’ll continue to listen to your channel! I live in Memphis, Tennessee, USA.

I am 65 and live alone in Bangkok Thailand. Your UA-cam channel is very useful. I practice every day as you recommend and I get stronger. Thanks🎉

Very useful clear talk. I discovered you by chance on UA-cam while looking for exercises to be able to walk better. I'm 63 years old and I live in Spain where walking is my main means of transportation. I've had a couple of falls this year, and I noticed one of my feet would catch on the floor when I had been walking for a long time while travelling. I've watched several of your UA-cams and have applied your ideas and exercises for walking with very positive results within 2 weeks of starting. I live on a fifth floor and have started walking up and down the stairs about twice a day instead of using the lift and am working on the balance exercises while I brush my teeth or iron following your guidelines for strengthening my leg muscles. Thank you very much for your UA-cam videos! My life is better because of your advice.

Comprehensive content. Engaging presentation. You're right. I am living proof. Been doing all you say for years. It works! Now in my 84th year continuing fit, strong, pain-free and fully mobile. I'm not just lucky. You have to make your own luck. I also have terminal lung cancer. It focuses the mind on what's really important in life. Take heed and 'move it' like he says.

I can't thank you enough! I started to do glute and quads exercises and my calves don't hurt me anymore. Now I walk faster, feel young and enjoy my life. I still foam roll my calves every morning but the improvement is there.

I learn something new with every video! I've been doing some of your exercises, especially the stand to sit, and my gosh do they work. Thank you so much, I need to order your book so I can have it on hand and not have to hunt through your videos. What a blessing you are.

Very useful talk, thank you. I watch many of your videos and try to implement exercises from them. I can get up from the floor as I do mat exercises every morning and that makes me practise getting up after them. Currently working hard to regain confidence for walking and your exercises help.

This is so good. I’m 72 and trying to set up a programme for myself using your videos. I need to structure it a bit or it’s too much of a scattergun approach. Just tried getting up from the floor and I’m fine with that for now thank goodness. What I don’t understand is why the nhs doesn’t have a preventative scheme like this when falls alone cost so much. Or perhaps they do - I could really do with help in putting together a structured plan of exercise. Wish I lived nearer Farnham! Thank you Will.

That was such an informative talk, full of warmth & humour & great information. I laughed when you mentioned posture, as everyone seemed to sit up. I take vitamin D, but this is the first time that I have heard someone from the medical work mention its importance.

Thanks, Wil. Your exercises and advice are great, and I also do Feldenkrais lessons which complement yours and have helped me develop a keen and focused awareness of how my body moves and feels. It has helped me learn how my posture and body should feel and I now have great posture without thinking of it! My balance and many other issues, in coordination with your exercises and daily walking and stair climbing, have helped me feels twenty years younger, and I almost look like Jane Fonda without the facelift! 😂 Best wishes!

    💞✨ dear 💖 Dr.Will,
💞✨ Thank you so much for this helpful video,
❤ God bless you and your Mother for raising such a caring and compassionate 💕 helpful ❤️ Dr.,
✨💛🍒🍒🍒 Here is a very important tip for you and your clients and followers ❤️,
💞✨ Before you start a journey in a car you require fuel ⛽, the type of fuel is very important, for example❤ a jet plane cannot run a low octane gasoline or petrol regardless if it knows the flight plan,
💞✨ The body also requires nutrition and for those over 50 a diet high in lycopene and fresh dark leafy greens that is organic and fresh that was recently in the ground is very important to one's overall health,
❤ You want to avoid all chemicals in your food like artificial fertilizers pesticides which are all made from oil 🛢️ oil is good for your car but not for you we are water-based organisms,
❤ Organic heirloom tomatoes have the highest quantity and quality of lycopene so tomato soup made with this and no oil is really healthy for people over 50 an easy to digest 💞 give them strength to do your exercises❤.
    LoVe ❤️ N Regards Dr.Pak0da Ayurvedic Medicine 💞
