No, they’re kind of a grow a crop all week, cut it, start over kinda thing. I’ve already eaten these and started a new batch!

Exactly what are microgreens? Like bean sprouts or something?

They’re just the sprouts/young plants of regular veggies. They’re nutrient dense and tasty! Because they’re young plants they’re usually very flavorful without the bitterness than comes later for some crops like kale.
