I am in the 6 PM - 7 PM batch. Today was challenging for me as it was the first day of my menstrual cycle, combined with a tiring day at court and terrible back pain. However, I didn’t want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity due to my weakness or personal incapacity. It was my fortune to meet him and continue with our second session in person and the third of the 5-day challenge. I would love to continue this in the future. I cannot express in words how happy I feel after completing these one-hour sessions. Despite my limited capabilities, I believe I will be able to catch up in time, and I trust that my thyroid condition and unhealthy lifestyle will improve. God bless Yogi Sir-my heartfelt gratitude to him. What we consider just an hour-long session for weight loss is actually the result of his five years of continuous hard work and dedication to building such a significant space that guides us all in the right direction.
