As an ENFJ sueprvisor who has cried every day and night going to and from work because my department is falling apart and I have to carry the whole thing on my shoulders... I feel this.
I hope things have gotten better for you. That's the worst when you feel like you're the only one who cares or who can fix things but you might not know how.
I have a reason to be logically "shy". It's because I don't wanna be targeted by people as a "leader". Look at the history of ENFJ. The psychology of our demise. Especially being taken advantage. I don't wanna be a boss under a corporation. I can't fire people. I don't trust society. Its heartless. I just want people doing the things that they love doing for a living. 😅

In one of my stories, my avatar's business partner, mentor, and best friend is an ENFJ, and their relationship consists of my avatar character coming up with all of the ideas and the ENFJ character putting it all into action. And I came up with this dynamic before I really got into MBTI.

If you think you're not that good at social stuff that might just mean you're more self-aware than some ENFJs. Usually they're very nice but sometimes can end up making things worse by focusing on making people happy rather than being honest.
