Elvis once asked Hal Wallis "When do I get my Becket?". Little did he know that he wrote and starred his own Becket - his own life. And the soundtrack of this film - well, it is unforgettable!!! 🎶🎤🎸🥁🎶

Thank you. I'm actually very surprised that Elvis never won the Horatio Alger Award. That was a vast oversight by the Horatio Alge Association. It may have something to do with the fact he couldn't go out in public or his schedule. Perhaps, rock and roll was too controversial. @@H8L920I can't think of anyone who deserved the award more.

Elvis was Elvis Presley. To truly enjoy Elvis Presley you must love the good and bad as that's what made Elvis Presley who he was. Remember Elvis Presley live the life that he wanted to live even though everyone might not agreed with it but it was his life to live we just lived it though our eyes and hearts. But it was was all his life to live we didn't make the choices he made every single choice in his own life. And people seem to forget that. Everyone is going to have their own versions of their Elvis Presley as that they want to see. These guys tell you the real Elvis Presley that you don't want to hear why because you don't want to dirty the image that was on stage that Elvis Presley created. Elvis Presley was an adult and could have said NO at any point in his life time. But choose not to Why because of what we gave him. And he loved everything about it. He loved music and the attention that came with it. He has even said so himself. Talk to anyone who is committed to the fans and they will tell you the same thing fans can do alot to you without knowing it. Even though they mean no harm behind it. The death certificate will be released on year 2027. It will mark 50 yrs since his death. Thank you guys for this, as will hopefully will let everyone understands more about Elvis Presley.

Ginger didn't feel good . She was having bad cramps from menstrual periods . She didn't know to stay awake to watch him . I'm sure she would have if she knew. She's the one who has to find him like that. Do you know how devastating that had to be for her ? Elvis knew it that she wasn't feeling good . He couldn't sleep and took more medicine than he should have ever taken because he couldn't sleep . I suffer from insomnia. It is awful, but I sure don't ask anyone to stay up with me . When someone dies from a heart attack the last thing they feel is that they have to go to the bathroom , that is how Elvis died . My grandmother died the same way . Had a heart attack on the toilet . Then he exercised on the racket ball court before bed , which sometimes exercise before bed is bad for your heart . When someone goes to the bathroom they have to pee or poop, I don't think Elvis wanted her to watch that .

@@user-nx8vp7ks9q I will not excuse Ginger just because she was on her period... that's ridiculous! Many hours went by and NOooo Gingerbread?!
She should feel some guilt, for not having checked up on Elvis. He said to Gin, "I'm going to the bathroom to read awhile."
You also mentioned exercise. I'm pretty certain that he didn't break much more than a little sweat on the court...then played piano (while in the lounge area.)
Do you know how devastating it was for US...THE FANS to lose him?

@@mgcole5586 then don't forgive her , but Elvis did I'm sure and also God forgave her . They are forgiving. Yes I know how devastating it was I was 17 and had a four month old son. I sat and cied that whole day and then some other days too. Don't ever assume you know me or anyone else for that matter . We don't have that picture in our heads to see our whole life of going to Elvis and seeing him dead . I seen my father like that , so I do know what it feels like . Hours went by yes but they never went to sleep until 5-6 in the morning . She wasn't his babysitter . I MISS HIM VERY MUCH , BUT THE FAULT WASN'T ANYONES. IT DOESN'T DO ANY GOOD TO BLAME ANYONE FOR IT . WITH THE WAY YOU ARE THINKING DON'T EVER LEAVE ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES ALONE OR OT WILL BE YOUR FAULT .
