The RPM program is so good. I love how it is a great way to recharge or start back up after being out for a while. Something about that timer going off just puts me in the zone.

Hey Brian, I'm new to strongman so I'm still weak so i cant tell a difference between a strict axle bar and a regular bar strict overhead press. Is there a difference or is it only for show? Is one harder than the other?
For that exercise, using an axle really wouldn’t change it or make it harder

To make life simpler I just rotate between your $25 programs. Which ones would fit the purpose of a bridge program other than RPM?
That is the issue and why I made the video. My RPM is the only one of my programs that is easy enough to use as a bridge
