Rarely has a person nailed , the body movement , face expressions and voice tone so perfectly in one package. His face contorts so well you can tell who he’s mimicking before he opens his mouth. Just crazy talented .

Its really annoying that i have to skip like 60% of a 1 - 2 minute segment to hear 10 seconds of the impression and than its the announcer for the rest of the segment again. The Jack Nicholson impression is 1 minute long and features 6 sec of jim carrey, wth...

How can you have just one particular favorite. There's too many to choose from! Clint Eastwood and Jack Nicholson are two of my favorites. He nails them spot on with the face contortions & mannerisms as well as body movements!!

But yea I think the only person who could outdo Ryan Reynolds in that role would be Jim. Just look at The Mask and Batman Forever for evidence. Well maybe not Batman Forever, although that movie with those actors and Christopher Nolan or even Tim Burton at the helm would’ve been much better. How someone as serious as Tommy Lee Jones could agree to that goofy mess after his star making Oscar win in The Fugitive is beyond me.

I rank Jim up there with Robbin Williams, Seinfeld and the comedy greats. His talent on impersonations is unmatched. I look forward to seeing more of him, I will never tire of his comedy and his love for humanity. He is a wonderful and kind person and speaks truth to power.

Maybe you are not aware but impressions aside, it's pretty lame to praise someone that was allowed to completely rip off Matt Frewer's "Max Headroom" persona and take future jobs from Matt. A huge group of Hollywood actors back then were gonna cause a big uproar about it, but the Big Cheeses in Hollywood threatened to ruin anyone's career who even spoke out about it. Matt (the true nice guy) for years wouldn't respond if it was mentioned, but later on would speak in a round-about way about and he still got the shaft.
Even in '98 or '99 they were still shadowing Matt. I'll never forget, Matt was on some no-name talk show late at night that was on at 1am. I tuned in cause there was a movie coming on at 1:30am on that channel that I wanted to watch and record on my vcr. A minute later, at around 1:16ish they went to commercial and must've been taking questions from the audience. When they came back a couple min later, the host said, "We're back but I'll let this lady ask her question." The lady asked Matt, "How do you feel about Jim Carrey and the way that..."
ALL OF THE SUDDEN!! They quickly cut her off and went to commercial and NEVER came back on!! I had to watch short infomercials for 11 minutes till my movie came on. Back in the mid 90's I had already heard the "rumors" floating around from folks I knew that worked for De Laurentis studios in Wilmington, NC, but never gave them much credence until I saw that strange reaction on that talk show.
STOP TALKING SO MUCH AND LET US LISTEN TO JIM.

I love Jim Carrey, he is brilliant. I particularly love his impersonation of my hero, James Dean, especially his face. I'm surprised he wasn't shown doing Jerry Lewis, he does that to perfection. Jim is very good looking and is underrated as the leading man with good looks and acting skills.
The facial mimicry he did with NIcholson and Eastwood is amazing, but the one for me is the Pee Wee Herman. It's perfect. The mannerisms, the up and down way of speaking. The voice switching. He nails it.

I was in the hospital having broken my Femur and it was so painful that I screamed every time my leg would move just a little bit. I turned on the TV and there was the film I think it was called Me, myself and Irene or something like that and I had never seen a movie with him before. I laughed so much that tears were coming down my cheeks and boy was it hard to keep my leg still;)

I confess that my favorite impression of his is not a human; it's his impression of an angry saint bernard. It cracks me up every time and it's amazing that he can do it in less than ten seconds.
I love when I saw Jim Carrey imitating the great "Tom Jones" which he does Tom Jones movement but when he sings he isn't bad at all, in fact, he is a very good singer!

My first 2 Jim Carrey movies i watched was: Ace Ventura Pet Detective and Dumb and Dumber. Loved almost all of his movies.
I didn't get a lot of tv time as a kid in the 90s so I appreciate a lot of the time someone spends keeping me up too date. It's a good background for cleaning and various other daily activities
