List of ingredients and recipe for 4 salmon fillets
4 salmon fillets with or without skin - 200 g per salmon fillet
4 tablespoons panko or breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp parsley
2 tablespoons of dill
1 organic lemon - zest of the lemon zest
1 garlic clove grated
70g softened butter
Salt and white pepper to taste for seasoning - and some sweet paprika
I recommend potatoes and a green salad as a side dish.
