    Oven Baked Salmon
    1.32 lbs. Atlantic Salmon
    1 teaspoon old bay seafood seasoning
    ½ teaspoon lemon pepper (salt free)
    ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    ¼ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon onion powder
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Directions:
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Pat Salmon dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
    Combine all the seasonings and season all sides of the Salmon generously.
    Place Salmon skin side down in a cast iron skillet or on a lined baking sheet.
    Drizzle the Salmon with olive oil and gently rub unto the surface of the Salmon.
    Transfer to pre-heated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the thickest part of the Salmon internal temperature reaches 140 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Serve with your favorite sides & vegetables!
