Seems like only a negative. If you're single, you don't need to be wasting time trying to get laid for hours every day. And if you're married, your wife is probably too busy with kids to want to be kinky all day.

Always try to increase it naturally first: Diet, sprinting, lifting, fighting, sauna, sleep quality, natural sups, etc. Test is low these days due to our modern, lazy and damaging lifestyles.

These guys are taking unnatural doses of TRT. A man's normal testosterone does not go over 916. Anything over that and they want to lower it for fear of cancer and other problems. Once I got into the whole fitness thing I found you can't believe a single thing you find on UA-cam.

You’re trying to make a comment on this little snippet and obviously just didn’t watch any of this podcast. They are not talking about jumping on TRT because it’s too difficult or lazy, they are just simply talking about the effects low doses has even on athletes as they get older, because he is a power lifter. Don’t need the comment that you can Google in four seconds.

Let me tell you what going from 200ngdl to 800ngdl is like.
    1) Dropped caloric intake from 4k-8k per day to 2.5k and gained 10lbs of muscle in 2 months. That's with no exercise.
    2) Depression gone.
    3) Brain fog gone.
    4) Energy levels, unprecedented.
    5) Strength through the roof.
    6) No more hard gaining.
    7) Improved sleep.
    8) Improved cognition.
    9) Bad days are near nonexistent.
    10) PTSD symptoms 90% gone.
    11) Sex drive so high it can annoy me sometimes.

I went from 230's to around 950-1050 on average. I take 125 a week, split into 2 doses. All prescribed by my doctor, who does bloodwork regularly. It was life changing. I went from 324lbs to 194 in about a year and a half. Sex drive is back and confidence is great. I'm less emotional, much stronger, think clearer, lost my depression and enjoy life much more. Get tested if you're in doubt.

Nope. 1000 is accepted as max of natural range. Above that means you are on a cycle of testosterone.
Anabolic steroids, also known as anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS), are a class of drugs that are structurally related to testosterone, the main male sex hormone, and produce effects by binding to the androgen receptor.

I’m 58 and have been a medical doctor for 33 years this coming February. I’ve been a fitness enthusiast since I was 16. I do resistance training 5 days per week including 2 leg/butt/cardio days. RIR of 0-2. Science doesn’t know as much about the human body as is proclaimed and believed by so many people. The human body is a complex machine with a multitude of hormonal interactions. Accepted medical schools of thought frequently change. Fitness enthusiasts should focus on nutrition, lifestyle and exercise to achieve the best results they can considering their genetics. Avoid all these drugs. This guy who went from 600 to 1200 Ng/dl was LAZY and didn't want to put in the work on himself. Physically, mentally and emotionally.

Testosterone has an inverse relationship with fat. More fat, less testosterone. Converse is true as well. Either lose fat to increase testosterone or increase testosterone to lose fat. I was in the mid 300s when I last got tested a few years ago. The doctor was a female doctor and I gave her the most vulnerable me I could, because I figured if a women sees how bad I feel then surely she will fell sympathy, spoiler she didnt care. I told her how I carry a lot of my fat in my butt and hips, and I also have some extra fat in my chest that I cant get rid off, not gyno, but the layer of fat makes my chest pop out more in front when viewed from the side. I also told her how I get emotional at times, I can get moody day to day, happy, sad, easy to anger. It’s not as bad as it sounds, but I still have to deal with something I know isn’t quite right. She denied me, saying the numbers are within a normal range and blah blah.. in the end she just wanted to refer me to a psychiatrist.
Later on I learned about Andro sarms and an estrogen blocker, it makes a whole difference. Then I found out about tongkat ali and fadogia agrestis… I literally feel like this is how I am supposed to feel every single day. I don’t get too emotional, I seem to feel confident all the time, I workout harder, and I feel more diciplined like I actually want to be as productive as I can. I dont even played videogames daily anymore because I see it as a huge time waster.
I swear the “normal” levels of testerone need to be higher.

TRT is a medical treatment, meaning its goal is to return a patient to a better state of health. Though all treatments and therapies come with adherent side effects, a proper medical provider can help them determine the correct dosage and frequency to mitigate risks.

This could be a great example of why it's essential to address the cause of a health issue. Many factors can contribute to more muscle growth and fat loss, such as lifestyle habits, diet, and optimal micronutrient balance. If prescription medications were the only option explored, then you may have merely masked an underlying health issue rather than truly optimizing your health.

The funny thing is testosterone isn't stable, it fluctuates throughout the day unless you inject it. So he says his testosterone is 600, but if he got a bad night of sleep it could be lower, or if he got into an argument involving a road rage incident or something it could be higher. It's not a static thing unless you're intakinf it

Eat healthy. Have for years even after getting out of the military. I'm 47. Even doing all that exercise, I felt terrible, weaker, the fat accumulated and would not come off. Terrible experience with TRT, started at 115 and the higher my levels got the worse I felt I got off when my levels where mid-600. All I wanted to do was constantly sleep, always lethargic, irritability, acne, and mood swings. I personally felt better prior to the treatment but drank the koolaid from videos like this. Feel better off of them than I was on for the 6 months.

@@marekhealth between the two medical providers that worked with me at separate clinics I think I’m good without trt. I had more energy, stable moods, and overall higher quality of life with my test at 115 than at any point higher. TRT is not for everyone nor is the price. Videos like this are more often highlighted rather than those with experiences such as mine. I don’t hate TRT and good for anyone who improves on it that’s great but it’s not a magic formula, there are side effects, and what happens after people after they are no longer able to afford it? Their levels come crashing back down and their quality of life becomes worse when their body is normalizing back to its original levels. People are looking at TRT like cycles rather than a lifelong action of application and finances. Im just saying in the unlikelihood someone with test levels less than say 300 that feel good the way that they are read this shouldn’t be temporarily motivated to start TRT based on these videos of these fitness influencers who cycle on and off drugs and finally found some stabilization to their hormones through continuous additional anabolics. If your natural and feel good even if your levels are low fuck TRT

If a medical provider prescribes you TRT, then your natural ability to produce testosterone is compromised. If this is true, then treatment is a lifelong endeavor.
