😩 My poor LUMPY get well soon big fella he’s probably saying to himself not again with these injections Dad he’ll be in my prayers once again thanks for sharing KENAN 🙏🏿❤️❤️❤️
Poor Lumpster, he's had a rough go, but I'm so glad he has such a great dad like you to look out for him and be willing to do whatever it takes to keep him well. ❤❤❤
Hi Kenan! Just a thought on Lumpy...please maybe give him a different access to water...I think he is not getting enough if any if he keeps getting dehydrated. I noticed when u sprayed him in back of truck he perked up right away as if he really wanted a drink from the hose. Just a thought from huge fan. 💯💯👍🐒🐻🐊🦎🦉🦂🐧🐟🐛🐍🦜🐢❤🤔🤔
I wish him the best. He sure is in good care. I always appreciate the info with the Sulcatas so I can learn and provide the best care for my little guy. Take care brother 🙏✌🏻♥️🐢
@Kenan, you should modify an engine hoist, so you can pick up these large tortoises or other large items without hurting your back. You'd be no use to anybody if you get hurt.
Someone gave me a sulcata. Required $3000 surgery to remove a bladder stone the size of a baseball! Huge considering he’s only 20lbs! He’s a whole new tortoise now!
I’ve decided to just use July 4th as New Years and move on to 2021. I’m over this year. I’ve lost a pet, my grandma, and my cousin. All this combined with Covid and everything else. I’m over 2020.
Sending lumpy lots of love and healing vibes. I hope whatever it is, it can be treated easily and he's able to get on the mend fast. Thank you Kenan for the great work you do with these exotic animals. I love watching your videos because of how caring and kind you are to these amazing creatures! Keep up the great work, much love!
Kenan made a great point. Vets have to look at all sorts of shapes, metabolisms, etc. all days. MDs look at only one species of animal. I have so much respect for vets. They have to be very intelligent to do their job. Yeah Vets !! 😷
Ooohhhh poor buddy.. speedy recovery lumpsters. I love how "calm" he is and he isn't snapping at all. Even when y'all are that close to his face. He knows that y'all are helping him...
Poor Lump Lumps, glad you got him a check up so you can keep him in ideal health! I hope he improves as quickly as possible, and I'll be keeping him in my prayers ❤❤❤
Just what I needed, a Kenan upload! My Trinidad Dwarf Tiger made it safe & sound yesterday; I filmed the unboxing, too! Thanks for keeping me entertained while I paint houses, bro!
I just love this channel. I don’t have reptiles and am actually frightened a little by some. But your true love of them is amazing. Keenan is amazing. And I do love the turtles!
Just went to the vet for my spiney-tail "Godzilla"....always stressful, never know what the issue is and everything so expensive..but if we don't do it then who will? Thanks for the vid always nice to follow your channel
I feel you. I wasted 40 bucks to take my turtle to the vet for a rapid shell color change for them to tell me nothing was wrong. It was only that cheap because the vet was nice too
@@barneystinson2781 "wasted". Wasted 40 bucks for peace of mind? Wasted 40 bucks seeking expert medical opinion? Wasted 40 bucks supporting a pretty under-appreciated profession that is much more deserving than that.. come on buddy, vets deserve more credit.
@@barneystinson2781 Ever since my 2nd Turtle died I have taken my others to the vet for regular check ups. When I got a new baby I took it for a check up right away to make sure they're healthy. You shouldn't feel bad for "wasting" money if you want to ensure the health of your pet. Reptiles need vet care too. Unlike cats and dogs, it's harder to tell when our scaley friends are sick because they show their symptoms until it's too late. I learned this the hard way.
Never seen a large tortoises back feet like that before (while you were injecting lumpy) Wow.. fascinating. Kinda like an elephants foot. I know how much Lumpy means to you. Wishing for his smooth recovery. Love ya Lumps, you complicated old bugger. 💕
I'm sure Lumpy will get better soon.Glad frauture was ruled out.Love all your vids as usual and we all learn a lot from you.You all have great enthusiasm and love for your animals. We have a three year old Sulcata who's getting bigger by the day. He's also eating us out of house and home and is well loved🙂
I was happy to see Lumpy coming home from the vet! I love how much you care for your reptiles, especially Lumpy!! I think he might be your favorite 😉!! I think you should make some T- Shirts and other merchandise with Lumpy and the other reptile gangs picture on them!! I know I would definitely sport my reptile community!! Prayers for Lumpy's speedy recovery 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢...keep treking shell-friend!!
i think its so cool that you keep such a great eye on your tortoises behavior. I have 4 testedu hermannis myself and when i move away from home i would love to have some sulcutas aswell!
Hey kenan I have a 10yr old male Sulcata named Biggie who weights 90 lbs About a month ago he was favoring his front right arm as well I took him in to the vet and X-Rays came back ok. He is with a 14 yr old female who weights 110lbs in my back yard she leaves him alone only bugs him when she needs some Adult time. He’s walking a little more on that arm. he’s not fully recovered. Only time can tell. Also thank you for all your videos and knowledge it helps!! Respect ✊🏽!! #California SanJose
Been watching this channel for quite some time now and just got my reptile licence here in Queensland Australia. Can pretty much only own native species here which is good but sucks at the same time. Unfortunately a tortoise is illegal for people out of Zoo's here. Just got myself a saw shell turtle couple months back and loving it everyday. Learnt a lot just by watching your videos mate. Best hobby their is by far.
You should call your truck 🚚 your "Turtle Hauler" sounds so cool! You're inspired me to save up for a GoPro so I can watch my 5 bps eat and cruise and whatever else they feel like doing! Love Kamp K thanks for the Kontent! Best wishes to Lumps so sad that he's sick poor baby Love him so much
Shortly after my friend got another male RedFoot he started limping. His legs always looked bigger than the others he has. Sadly it was complete dislocation of front leg. I cried when he told me. :(
Hello from you I've subsribed and I watch loads og your vlogs brillant bless lumps he's beautiful thankyou for careing for all your animals you're such a kind hearted man hope your tortoise feels better soon 💕💕💕💕💕💕🤗🤗🤗
Well, as you know, sometimes it just takes longer for things to show up in our beloved shelled reptiles. This very well may be "Fallout or Collateral Damage" from last year's incident. We always want them to bounce right back, but it may just take him a bit more than a year to recover fully. He is eating, he is moving (albeit somewhat slower than normal). Glad there was no further trauma. Hoping for the best. Lots and Lots of Florida Sunshine should do the trick!! All the best to Lumpy!!
😩 My poor LUMPY get well soon big fella he’s probably saying to himself not again with these injections Dad he’ll be in my prayers once again thanks for sharing KENAN 🙏🏿❤️❤️❤️
Poor Lumpy cant catch a break. Great he has a good father though!.
It makes me happy to see and hear about people taking reptiles to the vet! They need the vet like any other animal!
Poor Lumpster, he's had a rough go, but I'm so glad he has such a great dad like you to look out for him and be willing to do whatever it takes to keep him well. ❤❤❤
The basilisk bit was hilarious ... 😅🤣
As to beautiful Lumpy, I wish him to recover real quick and be healthy!!
He is so friggen adorable on that X-ray table! What a cutie
That's what I was thinking too. He pokes his head out and then WHAM, back in the shell with those arms in front of his little sweet face.
He knows how to charm the ladies 😉
my gout went away 7 years ago when I quit drinking, has he been hanging out at the turtle bar?

Sending love! So glad to see Kenan being a great tortoise dad!
Its rare, unfortunately, that someone is so good a keeper as him!
@Kenan, you should modify an engine hoist, so you can pick up these large tortoises or other large items without hurting your back. You'd be no use to anybody if you get hurt.

Thank you for allowing him to live
Wow!
Hats off to you!
The one I just purchased drags his back legs ! Do you know why and the treatment?
The other tortoise went back underneath into his little enclosure when he seen lumpy getting picked up lol

Dang that sucks.... Sorry to hear about that. You and the rest of us can push through this. Just gotta hold out until then.
Me too, so over it! I just want all this COVID to be over with!!

Or atlas stone lift
Hope the leg gets better soon! Love ya Lumpy!!
