우리나라 슬러쉬는 콤비콜라나 첨보는 제품 쓰는데가 많아서 달기만함 코카콜라면 존맛탱일듯
중딩때 콜라 냉동실에 3시간이었나? 30분이었나? 여튼 어느정도 특정시간 동안 넣어뒀다가 팍 치고 따면 콜라 그대로 슬러시 되는데 그거 진짜 개존맛이었는데 요즘은 모르나 탄산도 약간 남아있고 시원해서 맛있는데
우리나라에 과냉각 냉장고가 있기 때문에 굳이 저렇게 어렵게 안해도 됩니다
The ice then salt makes sense but why the constant rotation? Is it make sure the coke is iced evenly?
It makes it cool faster and more evenly so that the slushy is always on point.

When I was a kid back in the 50s we put coke in the freezer and when we opened it the soda shot out of the bottle freezing upon contact with the warmer air. That's why he taps it to move the gases in the bottle to avoid squirting all over the place.

There’s a machine that does this in 20 seconds. You put it in a half cup of water on an element type disc And it’s frozen within seconds. Idk what it’s called though.😊

저는 병콜라에 대한 환상이 있어서 그런지 저게 슬러시 기계에서 뽑는것보다 맛있어보이네요. 그리고 슬러시 기계 세척 제때에 안해서 엄청 더러울수 있음.
I do something similar just by leaving my drink in the freezer for about 20 minutes when I want it extra cold.
i have done this with carbonated water its a very cool effect. you can see how there is a wave that starts from the bottom of the can all the way to the top during crystallization.

I find it interesting how they’re able to turn regular coke into a slushee of some sort. Anyway, keep up the good work as always.
It’s nothing special it’s literally just freezing something like 60-70% of the way. You can do the same thing in your kitchen freezer by shaking the bottle and sticking it in there only for like an hour
To be honest, the very first slushie (or properly speaking ICEE, which license to 7-11 as Slurpie) starts out because a Dairy Queen owner's soda machine broke, requiring him to place the Coke bootles inside the freezer, resulting in the coke slush.

Make sure you tap the bottle like he's doing since if you just uncap it the gas trapped at the bottom of the bottle will cause the slush to come gushing up and out.
in hong kong and taiwan there they have vending machines that do something similar, they use plastic bottles and a few different steps that produce the same result.

Thailand don’t usually drink coke in can because they taste different compared to the one in the glass Is more spicy and stronger taste than the one in the u.s the reason is soda can was not usually freshly made it and ship right to the store so after they make it the soda have be storage for awhile so it lose the taste. If you wanne know the different try pizza bottom soda they taste way better then any store because it was freshly bring to the storage by the vendors.

It's due to how the cola is super-chilled by the ice and salt. The CO2 gas reacts differently at that temperature.

In really hot weather I think some people find it more refreshing than a coke served with ice or chilled from a cooler. Likely stay cold longer as a slush. Never been a fan of slushes or shaved ice cones, but to each their own.
