Since you had the battery accessed, you should have installed trickle charger leads to the battery terminals & routed them to the storage compartment under the pillion seat. This way you could plug in a trickle charger when the bike sits for a while & you get maximum life out of the battery. Thanks for the video- it helped refresh my memory in case my battery does die & I have to use my jump starter stored in my seat pack.👍
Thank you for this. I think it is absolutely crazy there has to be so many steps to get battery access. I was putting my wife's Ninja 300 on a trickle charge and getting frustrated after my Bandit 1200 and VFR 800, both have battery access from just the key.
