    The L900 must've had a tonne of torque to be able to carry such loads. Thanks Andy for the tutorial on the build of L900 and trailer. What nice looking kit.

    With the SP in the load bed it looked like, ok, small "tank", big truck. But once you put the Sd.Kfz 7 next to it - wow - you really get an idea of the size. Impressive. Great build as usual Andy

    Great technique with the weathering on the truck tray bed & trailer,looks awesome,I had one of the Tamiya 8 ton halftrack kits,the one with the 20mm flakvierling & crew I remember,i also lost the windscreen for that kit too,I just scratch build another windscreen out of an old canvas top from another military vehicle that I never used,made it look like the halftrack windscreen was folded down & had a canvas cover,then many,many years later I ended up finding that windscreen in a drawer long after I no longer had the model from memory?,lol,there's always ways & means I guess?,lol,great idea with halfrack in the tray though,cheers

    Andy I love your videos because of the way you show things so ... not complicated...
    Having watched this one you have shown a problem Ive had for a while now building kits that im not 100% sure how to not do.
    The half track, when you put it on the trailer the tracks dont touch the ground. How would do build that half track so the tracks do touch the ground?
    Ive got so many diorama ideas but no idea how to make the tracks touch the ground so they always end up on level ground which kills the dio for me because its not what I imagined.

    I have one comment about the trailer, being I have worked around heavy equipment all my life. I see where it would be a pain in the butt to load a piece of equipment over the rear fenders and axle. Just an observation.

    • @glynchivers9519
      @glynchivers9519 5 років тому

      Hi Jonathon, i thought the same but i think they would load a tank from over the side using the tracks to pull itself on and turning tracks opposite way to each other to turn straight.

    • @williamsquires3070
      @williamsquires3070 5 років тому

      Jonathan Godwin - only way I can see is to load/unload it with a crane; it’d work for loading/unloading the truck bed, too. Either that, or the rear axle assembly comes off?! Maybe someone in the audience is familiar with this vehicle, and can answer the question.
