Matt has the craziest Spider Farmer grow light set up I've ever seen.

So I dropped a video a few weeks ago showing a grow light I bought and that has sent me down the rabbit hole, I ended up getting a message from Matt on Instagram after he saw the video and shared his set up with me and it just so happened that I was out in Tucson where he lives so I was able to drop by and take a look at what he has cookin'

These are gonna be great - just as bright as the old florescent t5 I had previously but there is no heat and way less energy used by them. 10 out of 10 so far.

I also use shoe cases mine have small vent holes in them though but they do the job well. I still seal up the pots in freezer bags though. The heavy duty freezer bags made a huge difference over the regular sandwich bags.

I just sowed some Madam Cacti’s A. Caput Madusae, Asterias mix, and P. Migiurtinus last week! The pseudolithos were the first to germinate.
I also sowed 3 different Trichocereus sp. and they have all lagged on the germination.
Some of my seedlings are looking a little yellow-red. Is that pretty normal in the first weeks?
