    Hot tip: any time you see a recipe with canned tuna, replace tuna with boneless, headless canned sardines in oil. Sardines are higher in Omega 3s, lower in mercury, and more environmentally responsible. Canned sardines actually have a very similar flavor to canned tuna imo.

    Thank you for your content Selma. I do this tuna filling with shared carrots as well, they add a bit more veggies in the sandwich and don’t take much of the flavour of the tuna. Worth to try. ☺️

    Hi, I'm new to your channel. It's very nice 👍 I love all three meals you prepare here, I would like to know a few things about some of the ingredients that you used, such as the kind of bread used for the tuna sandwich, is that French bread or Italian bread, or rye, also for the beans, what brand black beans , are they can or dry , and the coconut oil you used for the granola recipe. I'm looking forward to making all of these meals for my family . My teenagers love chicpolte , I like making it at home , so I have more control over the best and natural ingredients. Thanks 😊

      I'm also trying to lose weight, and I don't know the exact calories of these recipes, but just at first sight, it looks like too many calories, at least for me, but you'd have to take into account how much exercise you do, your base calories, etc

      It’s really good! I use it often.
      Recipe for the granola (this makes extra)
      2 cups (gluten-free) oats or buckwheat flakes
      (480 ml)
      1/4 cup melted coconut oil (60 ml)
      3 tablespoons maple syrup
      2 teaspoons vanilla extract
      2 teaspoons cinnamon
      1. Mix all the ingredients together.
      2. Spread the mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
      3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 20-25 min.

    Maybe do breakdown of protein levels. Unsure how you get 100gm protein. Is your yogurt or cottage cheese high protein? Cause 1 c yogurt is about 12gm, cottage cheese 14gm. Maybe just having 🤦🏻‍♀️moment.
