Can you make lasagna in a mult icooker? Let’s use the Ninja Speedi to find out.
First, we’re going to cook up our ragu and bechamel using the Ninja 15-in-1 MultiLid and then we’ll get everything ready to assemble.
The Ninja Speedi has a square cooking pot, which should make it ideal for lasagna.
We spread out a layer of sauce, followed by our dry lasagna sheets, more sauce, cheese, bechamel and repeat. We’ve got six layers here but you can go with whatever’s good for you.
We set the Ninja Speedi to its ‘bake and roast’ function at 180 degrees and we’ll check back in 45 minutes.
The results are gooey, cheesy and perfectly baked on top.
And Because the Speedi’s cooking pot is non-stick, the lasagna lifts right out: No mess, no fuss.
