No, those look like Applique or Drop Tanks for Transpacific flight, in all likelyhood. The Eurofighter can mount ECM equipment, though.

That's unless you mean the Wing Caps- in that case, they probably contain a few simple sensors or antennae along with Navigation lights.

Auch ist Deutschland wenn es ernst macht, sowieso am 2+4 Vertrag gebunden, somit die Armee voll Autonom und Unabhängig, die Japanischen Selbstverteidigung Kräfte jedoch immer noch an ihre Verträge an Amerika gebunden, was sie endlich mal zerreißen sollten, die USA sollte keine Recht darüber haben, was Japan an Militär aufbaut.
