As someone who actually has done Uechi- ryu conditioning, I can confirm that it does take a lot of strength to perform this exercise. I can also deny that our instructors stick their fingers into our ass cheeks while doing it. I've also been punched in the boob. Karate is fun.

Basically you make a gun or an L with both hands and then clasp your hands together interlocking your last 3 fingers on each hand. This is Japan's version of a corndog.
