This video is up awhile now but I just got a fitness ball today and I’m going to use this to guide my first workout with it! Thank you! Also your voice is super relaxing lol
You're welcome, Jason! Thank you for tuning in. I'm so glad this video showed you new exercises you can do with this stability ball! =) Ashton from YogiApproved
I know this is an old video but it was the first one that came up so i did it lol. This was my first ever workout with a ball and wow, way more intense then i thought it would be. I was definitely challenged, awesome workout, thank you!
Hey Jeff! It's an oldie but goodie ;) Thank you for taking this video with me and for sharing your feedback - so glad you enjoyed! - Ashton from YogiApproved
Hey Beraud, thank you for your comment. This happens! It takes practice and muscle engagement to keep the ball stable. Factors like the surface you're practicing on (smooth vs carpet), the size and type of stability ball you're using (some are slightly weighted in the bottom for added stability) can also effect your ability to keep the ball stable. Hope that helps! -Ashton from YogiApproved
Hey :) Ty! Which size ball are you using? I bought an M, but i'm quite short so some of the exercises you did I had trouble doing them, maybe with an S would be better...
Hey Madalena, Thank you for commenting! Great question - if you're having trouble doing the exercises because the ball is too big then I would recommend you size down. =) -Ashton from YogiApproved
Hey Matthew, sorry I missed this! To answer the first part of your question, try to keep your muscles engaged through all the reps and move with resistance like you're doing this in a pool of honey. If it's still not challenging for you, then yes you can try increasing your reps and slowly working up to more rounds of each exercise. =) Ashton from YogiApproved
Im sorry if this comes across over the line but can I ask a question out of genuine curiosity? I see that you are quite thin. I find it hard to believe someone who works out regularly could have no muscles bulging out, but the reason for this is that when i work out just a bit, my muscles start to bulge over the course of just a couple months.(i am a woman) I guess this must be a "everyone's body is different" thing? I mean, i do see the muscle on your abs. I just dont see it anywhere else. Perhas its just that your body is different then mine? (From birth kinda thing)
You hit the nail on the head Tiffany -- we're all born with wildly different bodies. Something to keep in mind is that even if we all ate the same foods and followed the exact same workout program, we would STILL all look different. Fun, huh? ❤️
@@youaligned Yeah! Looking forward to discovering my best self, whatever shape comes out of it. :) Thank you for the wholesome reply! Have a lovely day!
Hey Markus, At this time we do not have any set plans for this video request, but here's a great informative article that explains the process: www.livestrong.com/article/73718-deflate-exercise-ball/ Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it, Rina!! You can take this class several times per week - just make sure you're also taking rest days and stretching in between! Thank you for practicing with me, Ashton from YogiApproved
That's ok! Stability balls can be challenging, so it's a great idea to start with some core exercises off the ball which in turn can help you find your balance on the ball 🥰 This article has 7 yoga poses you can practice to increase abdominal strength: Build Serious Core Strength With These 7 Yoga Poses www.yogiapproved.com/yoga/7-yoga-poses-for-core-strength/

You make it look so easy
Yeah, I liked that class. Very instructive.

Excellent video sometimes slower movements really wake up them muscles
Practice makes perfect
Yup if it’s too fast it’s momentum. If you do it slow you’ll benefit more
More Stability ball workout please Ashton August can you please do more?
Always looking for something diff & fun, I get bored too easily and too dizzy to do my usual routines, this looks do-able
Yay! So you enjoyed it? Thanks for practicing with us!

Can you also make a video where you explain how to let the air out of the gym ball and show it on the ball?
Hey Markus! Thank you for your suggestion - we love hearing viewer requests as we often create videos from these requests. =)
So are you going to shoot the video? if so, can you make the gym ball completely flat?

is this okay to do every single day?
me:on the bed eating while my exercise ball is beside me
her:great work on that one
me:what to be lazy
I did not feel sore from this work out. Am I doing it wrong or should I increase my reps?

When would the video where you let the air completely out of the gym ball on your channel?
Hey Markus,
At this time we do not have any set plans for this video request, but here's a great informative article that explains the process: www.livestrong.com/article/73718-deflate-exercise-ball/ Thank you!
But you will do it if you have time, right? It would be nice. but please make the ball flat thank you.
Reminder: Some of these same exercises can be done without the exercise ball. You could hold a balloon in your hand.
Sorry I just imagined me trying to sit on a balloon. 😁
