Bolted and siliconed the electrical hub on to the washer. The water heater element is straight threads so be sure to use a lot of pipe sealant to thread tape along with the rubber seal that it comes with. Fabricate a cover over the heating element terminals and added a switch.

What did you use to mount element into tank..also have u had any problems with it leaking?
what did you use to make the cage ?
