"I like clean builds" Best line in the video! It's obvious you do that kind of work. This is the best DIY video of any kind that I have watched. I am going to upgrade the HF parts washer that I just bought and was looking for ideas. You, sir, are an amazing designer and builder. I won't go to the extent that you have but thanks for the ideas.
So talented. I tip my hat to you for being able to incorporate all the necessities on a parts washer. That said, how might I be able to reach out and possibly build one for a belated fathers day gift for pops? Genuinely interested. 🙏
The blinking of the numerical display is caused by the frame rate of your camera being different than the rate that the display sequences power to each digit. The display isn’t on continuously, the numbers are updated one at a time. Like a strobe light making a fan look like it isn’t moving or a timing light showing timing marks that appear to be frozen.
That is badass I dabbled a bit with powder coating years ago so I get the PID controller.I think your model is set up for C⁰ only Nice build will the inline heater work on solvent bases Vs Water ...Yes everyone that reads this I understand flashpoints..😮 local Freight just opened Tuesday for me although I've had the old washer 20 plus years..may just repaint the old girl..😂
The audio is a bit low. Having to turn up the volume is not big deal but you opening and closing the lid is incredibly irritating. Otherwise, great video :)
This is one of the nicest, cleanest, well thought out builds I've seen for a parts washer! I'm impressed!

That’s odd as audio sounded fine to me.
