@@MelanieCooksRecipes sure was. I used olive oil , onion , garlic, turmeric, taco seasoning, pepper,salt, seasonings and parsley flakes. turmeric adds so much.
Just a heads-up!Remember the total process takes more than 7 minutes. Time for the pressure cooker to come to pressure at which time the 7 minutes starts cooking. Once you release the pressure it could take a few more minutes. Then mixing the butter, herbs and spices takes a little more time. All well worth it to use your Instant Pot!
