- this is Approximately what your brushless RC should sound like with a proper gear mesh setting,.. new parts when in the truck today also a new sprur as well now shes 100% once again time to go see what i can break next lol hahahahahhaaha muhaaaaaaaaa
I just installed my hardened steel spur gear, now it sounds and runs much better than before.

My Slash have harden steel pinion and spur. Only run it on 2s and one time on a little 3s. Love to test 4s in it. Just need a good 4s battery down the line
TOJO RC Can VXL handle 4s batteries?
Holanduzo No. VXL I know of max can do 3s. My Slash have the Mamba Monster system in it. And can take up to 6s

I like that glear cover, I am gonna go and order one right away. I found that sand and dust were getting under that cover on the motor side where there is no screw holding it down, so I drilled a hole and tapped a screw through mine and now it's sweet (:
