I really like the look of the rockers with the armor - thr only thing I don't like is that the armors leave a little bit of 'body' exposed under the flares - but I guess that's for clearancing haha!
The armor was designed so that you can fit a 37" tire up in the wheel well, and you would then trim that small piece of body in that location. 35's fit fine with a 3.5" lift, so some people will just leave that tab and spray it black to match the armor. It's optional.
It looks pretty good!! Very love your video and sharing!! I am a member of Suparee producing Jeep's products. We have a great demand to promote our products. Could you shoot a video for our brand?
You're in for a world of hurt if you didn't paint where you drilled holes into that Jeep. Also, notice where the Raptor lining is already chipping, peeling & twisting wherever the bolts are...either it's too light & didn't layer enough or that's the result from not sanding the body armor or using Upol etching primer or combo of all 3.
Regarding painting the drilled hole it couldn't hurt but rust is not an issue in California. After a lifetime of ownership that Jeep will have less rust than a rust belt Jeep that is parked all winter long.
Looking good! Can't wait to see the front end transformation!
Looks pretty awesome, better than I expected. great job guys

Totally! It's not really noticeable at all in person

Next time drill out the old nutserts instead of using a grinder. That will leave you a cleaner finish.
Nice!

What! You covered up Unlimited! Why? Terrible! And you drilled a hole in it!
