The very 1st Ramones rehearsal w/Joey on drums was probably better than this nonsense. They blow live - Saw them open for Misfits at MSG - Thats when I realized they totally suck (except a few good 'produced' songs in the studio)
Green day should be opening for rancid, i get it green day more popular. But green day new stuff more pop punk, rancid real punk all of it, rancid better
I don't like new green day (or newer rancid tbh) but the only reason Rancid is even on this tour is because Green Day is hooking the homies up. Everybody knows Rancid is a more "punk" band, Green Day included. Just be happy Green Day chose to get Rancid paid over some other bullshit opening act.

I wanted to get some smashing pumpkins video and I wanted to get a lot of Green Day video. So, I did about a half hour of recording rancid, about a half hour of smashing pumpkins, and an hour of Green Day.
