I saw Rancid in 1996 at Lollapalooza at the Deer Creek stop. He rolled out on that low rider bike. It was epic. I absolutely loved their set. Great band! I also saw The Ramones on that tour as well.
saw them at Warped Tour in Irvine CA circa 1997- tim had a broken leg in a cast and played guitar sitting down for whole show. pink guitar i remember .. here he looks beyond drunk . he can barely play..
Their drummer is still playing with the enthusiasm of being the new guy..totally killing it..a lot of these are seriously classic tracks the excitement is warranted

Milwaukeean here… I missed them at home, but was able to take my 10 year old daughter to her first concert ever at the Wrigley show… I’m glad she got to experience some of the music from my youth with me; especially since I was able to realize that I’d been listening to them since I was around her age. She loves the Ruby Soho chant.
Fun fact if no one knows, Billie Joe co write the song radio with Tim Armstrong back in the day. Pretty cool to know they played in bands and shows together as kids and are still playing shows together today. Plus green day keeping knowledge alive at every show.
Went to Cincinnati show, but my 1 hour drive turned into 3! With adjacent football traffic and rush hour/construction Rancid were slated for 6pm start I think? Missed them and Linda Linda’s, caught half pumpkins set. Glad this is posted. I’ve been a fan since 90’s. Hope they do a headline tour soon

Turned the FM Radio on it was Green Day. I turn on my apple music it was Green Day. I guess the universe did not want me miss Green Day. Bummed that I missed Rancid in a stadium setting. But Green Day exploded every other show that I have been to in my existence.
Here's a protip; Park your car somewhere nearby like a Walmart or something, then catch an Uber over to the venue, then all you gotta do is jump out, and then catch an Uber back to your car where you can get out of town easier.

Saw them before Green Day in Seattle. They ROCKED it. Can not believe the low turnout for them that night, very disappointing. Still can't believe they had Pumpkins play *after* these guys. Easily the 2nd best part of that show that night. Will love Rancid until the day I die.

Very few people knew Rancid and it’s disgusting. Green Day “fans” that probably don’t even know the old Green Day music. And if you aren’t getting into Rancid watching them live, then I question your mental capacity.

Rancid is so iconic. And they have such an amazing discography. I don’t understand why their song choices for their sets have been so disappointing for the last 15 years! I wish they would dig a little bit deeper!
It's sad that Rancid is opening for The Smashing Pumpkins and Green Day. They're one of the greatest punk bands ever. How did Pumkins work out going on after Rancid?
I was at this Milwaukee show and I didn’t think the pumpkins fit in with the rest of the bands. Should’ve just gave Rancid and hour set then right into GD.
Yeah it was like 300 for Chicago for lawn tickets saw them in Cincinnati in 21 with Dropkicks was only 60 bucks that's smashing pumpkins and green day and I wouldn't hate to see green day but never liked the pumpkins no way I'd pay that
