Behold the power of a musical god! Seriously though, he’s been in the game since the 70s, and he’s made a huge impact on the industry, to the point where it’s an honor to have him call and ask to parody one of your songs(which he does call and get permission, one time one of Lady Gaga’s assistants turned him down without asking her, and when she found out, she immediately called him back and gave him her blessing), and I’ve seen the meme floating around that if he ever has a health scare, the people he’s parodied should put on a concert where they sing his parodies of their songs

This one's fundamentally impossible to do live (in exactly the same way as the recording), not because of the list (though that would be quite challenging) but because of the chorus, which has lines that overlap one another slightly, i.e., Al starts lines just slightly before he finishes the previous line. It's subtle, because there are also other singers overlapping with him in a much more obvious way at the same time; but it's there. I suppose the arrangement could be adapted.

Weird Al is mostly known as a parody artist (taking existing songs and changing the lyrics to be humorous) and it's not that that's bad or anything, it takes a lot of musical talent and skill to copy the genre and style and sound of the groups and songs he and his band parody (sometimes to the point where they sound "more like the original than the original") but his own original compositions are often underrated. Hardware Store is one song he refused to perform live because he doesn't think he'd be able to reproduce the speed of its coda in front of an audience (he supposedly only performed the motormouth section once in studio, for the recording of the song. He speaks at a rate of 242 words per minute, all in 30 seconds and in one breath). But there's plenty of others, he's got two Christmas songs, Christmas at Ground Zero and The Night Santa Went Crazy, he once "celebrated" the tabloid (the 80s, Weekly World News type tabloids, not the celebrity-obsessed more modern tabloids) and the people who bought them in Midnight Star. He wrote an ode to a fictional slasher movie with Nature Trail to Hell (In 3D), and he wrote a lament about how much it sucks after aliens invaded twice, too (Slime Creatures From Outer Space and Attack of the Radioactive Hamsters from a Planet Near Mars). A lot of his originals are also done in the style of other musicians--Prince never gave Weird Al permission to parody any of his songs while he was alive, something Al doesn't NEED because parody is protected under Fair Use laws in the US, but does anyway out of respect for the musicians involved, so instead he wrote Wanna Be UR Lover, which drops any subtlety Prince may have had with his own lyrics (which was never much) and makes one of the raunchiest songs he's ever sung (some of his material could be borderline, and nothing is explicit, but that song goes as close to the edge as possible). Anyway, Weird Al's brilliant.
@aaronbourque5494 I think Traffic Jam is his Prince pastiche. He has said in interviews that Wanna B Ur Lovr is his "Beck trying to sound like Prince" song (see Midnight Vultures).
