Let's Get It! I suggest checking out CRASH N BERN's UA-cam channel. I learned all of this from him..He offers 1 on 1 consultations as well...WELL WORTH THE MONEY
And at the 10min mark, the reason that it’s 2 sets of gaskets are because one set goes between the heads and adapters and the other set goes between the adapters and blower.
Appreciate it! Hoping around 600 whp..that would be ideal with 93 pump gas. Held off on e85 for now due to its scarcity in my area and me daily driving it
@@SkyLaneRacingwatching it right now lol I can’t wait to get mine on. I’ve been full time mechanic for 9-10 years and any performance work can’t have problems no matter how good you are. I’m doing my build on my 16 300c platty she’s already cammed and exhaust etc. she’s 410hp right now.
Could have used brand new oem spark plugs from dodge and gapped them . Didn’t need those ngk . 4.5 hours to pull a bolt for a valve cover is wild . I bet you the hellcat spark plugs fit in the 5.7 Damn Braa that cut looks like trash need smooth it out than polish the entire cover . Besides that looks good .

Bro would you be willing to hook me up with that rubber grommet that sets under the supercharger bypass valve? Thats the only piece i need out of the 300.00 kit. Give me a price please!

@@SkyLaneRacing Current wisdom is that 7 - 8 PSI is the ragged edge for the stock 5.7. Some have run 8+ but not without E85 conversion. I'm all for "caution to the wind" as long as you realize the risks. I'm running 6 PSI on my 392 per my tuner.
@@lotekinc Correct. I’m using Dave Katz out of EFI specialties in Maryland..one of the top hemi tuners in the nation. We’ll likely start around 6-8 lbs and see where everything is at on 93 octane..from there we’ll see how much more it can take. Whatever he recommends I’ll go with🫱🏾🫲🏽

Pretty cool build. im curious to see what kind of power you put down to the wheels.

Next time if anything u can use a dab of gasket rtv on a couple corners of that blower lid gasket to hold them in place.. it won’t hurt anything
What all did you have done to her prior to putting the blower on ?
Did you ever get it finished? I’m about to start on mine this weekend
Part 3 coming tonight!

its been 3 weeks, starting to get worried. Hope everything went well for you brother and its just a technical issue with the camera.

I thought there was an adapter plate ? I didn’t hear you mention it at all
There is. I mentioned it and showed installation in part 1 🫱🏾🫲🏽
Why you don’t build the engine to run with more boost
Why? 8-10 lbs is plenty for a street car. I have a drag build coming in the future we’ll turn the hp up on and build for power!
Side note you never want to push on the throttle with your finger. You can damage the motors & you would have to buy a new throttle body
Need the next video 🔜
On the way boss

Don’t run too much boost otherwise you will nuke your engine
8lbs he should be good for a daily
Correct..8-10 will be ideal
