Great to see Tommy and Texas Flood finally getting their dues after admiring their efforts for years. By far the best SRV you'll find live anywhere. March 18th they'll be headlining the Mansfield St. Patrick's Pickle Palooza and May 13th they'll be opening for Roger Creager at the Texas Crab Festival Crystal Beach, Tx on Bolivar Peninsula. Tommy is an encyclopedia of the Blues and he's been known to give lessons from time to time.
by far he is the best to play SRV style of music and then some i had a person on the phone while i was listening and they swore i was listening to SRV keep it up YOU GUYS should be on the main stage in my book great to see you guys keeping it alive
I want to see Tommy Recording his own stuff with Texas Flood. I know one song and it’s absolutely amazing. I will see my friends from Texas flood at the top of the blues charts.
Another artist SRV influenced. Amazing how this is happening. Stevie's life was cut so short but his impact is enormous and everlasting. It's the only thing that gives me any peace for Stevie. That he didn't die in vain. We will always remember him and now we get to see others try and emulate him. Tommy is doing real good job!
I think Tommy is the reincarnation of SRV.The emotional depth and music which SRV expresses through his guitar playing you can feel the same spirit in Tommy.keep it up Tommy
Nice interview! I just discovered this band cuz they are coming to my state Wisconsin next month. I'm going to do my best to get up there. I love the blues and tonight we are seeing Robert Randolph, Mavis Staples, Trombone Shorty and Ziggy Marley! How's THAT for a lineup?
Hah.. NOPE. European dude saying he's the next Stevie after playing all his life with his pops through Hungary. (NOT TEXAS..) Keep playing tributes bruh...

Tommy is a great player, and with all that skill and talent he is a very humble dude.
I’m a hardcore SRV fan…. Much respect Tommy! You got it bro! Stevie would be be proud
This captures the insane energy of the song so well! Dynamics at 7:45 are like liquid lightning.
First time hearing Tommy's name. Holy smokers excellent.
even the voice like Stevie...He knows he is good and, yes....indeed one of the best
Just found this tommy dude, this guy is legit as they come. Tommy is as close to Stevie as you can get in a performance.

Yeah, I am a hungarian too! 😀
Killer!
He's changed his sound a bit. Now cleaner, more sophisticated.
Wow! GREAT band!! Each and every one of them! As a bassist, what bass rig is that??? Orange...bass head type? Cab type(s)? AMAZING!
looks like ported /orange cabs
Man Tommy is looking more and more like Michael Sweet from Stryper.
I have always said! Tommy sounds as good playin' SRV , as SRV sounded like playin' Hendrix ! Now as far as Hendrix, I'm confused !?! Very good Tommy
Does this guy write songs ???
Hah.. NOPE. European dude saying he's the next Stevie after playing all his life with his pops through Hungary. (NOT TEXAS..) Keep playing tributes bruh...
Tommy is such a boring player…just plays note for note renditions, no creativity of his own.
You still listening to "Smoke on the Water"? Please
